Don't use this mover!!!!!!!!!They have all the nightmares you could imagine for a mover!!!!!!!!!!WORST mover EVER!!! I hired three guys to move a 1B1B apartment from Worcester to Boston. I only have very basic furniture like a full-size bed, sofa, and around 10 medium size boxes, they charged me 8 hours for $1400! Let me tell you why they need 8 hours. 1) It took them more than two hours to drive from Worcester to Boston (from 12:20pm to 2:30pm)! The total distance is 49miles, and the average speed limit is 55MPH, how can they drive for more than two hours? They excused there was traffic. There was NO traffic at all that day! I left the pick-up place to destination at the same time as them, and I had to wait for them for more than one hour at the destination! Back then, google map also showed the maximal time was 1 hour and 2 minutes. So where is the traffic exactly? The only truth is, they definitely took a lunch break without letting me know, so I have to pay for it. (Hey guys, you know exactly what you did, fake excuses can't fool anyone, you really should stop and feel ashamed). 2)They moved extremely slowly!! For the pick-up and drop-off places, there are elevators. For each round, three guys can only take two small chairs, or two small coffee tables. And they need at least 15 minutes as a break between each round. They excused the elevator as being slow. I hired movers before, even for two guys they only need 40 mins to unload exactly the same thing using the same elevator. And I reserved the big loading elevator specifically for them to use at the destination. Still, they always need three hours to move everything. Trust me, no matter how easy your moving is, they will do their best to make the time longer so that they could charge you more. Overcharging is only one of the many issues they have. Also- 3)They don't take care of my stuff properly and they lost them. Very unprofessional! My chair and lamp covering were left outside of my old place for one day until I realized and pointed out they were missing. How can you guys all be blind when you left without even checking around, that eager to have lunch? Ridiculous! Glad my old place is a nice community, so I was able to have them back, otherwise I would have even more headaches. 4)They don't care about customers at all! The owner of the call 508-864-7891 tried to blame everything to customers when I complained, and he always used stupid excuses to mask their misconducts. When you argued with data and evidence, he replied with nonsense; when your argument was strong and solid, he hung up on you! His reasonings were so stupid that can even make you laugh. Such as, "not my fault, there was traffic"/ "not my fault, you have too much stuff"/ "not my fault, your place is too hard to move". lol. Look, he was not even there, but he knows everything must be your fault! (Hey man, my moving is the easiest task ever, if you think it's hard, you really need to find something else to do for your career.) 5) They only accept cash or zelle and no receipt can be provided. They don't provide any formal documents! I never leave bad reviews on YELP but this shameless company really pissed me off and they deserve all the bad words. My recent move with JTR Enterprise(Logan & Team) was a great experience. 3 people with a truck is what i booked for. They reached Ontime to my pick up location and made the move faster. Especially wanted to highlight the way they completed the move in my home. Had the blankets laid on the floor, handrails, entrance door and covered the walkway floors to make sure no scratches occur. They were friendly while moving up the things. Couple of my close friends recommended Logan to me. Fantastic service! I had two extremely heavy leather sofas in my garage for almost a year because they were just way too heavy for me and another family member to move ourselves. I found JTR Enterprises on Yelp and I texted the owner 2 days ago, he replied within a few hours, and made an appointment to come when it was most convenient for me. Two guys showed up today, and on a Friday afternoon as well. They worked fast and carefully, removing two old sofas from my living room and bringing in the two large leather sofas out of my garage. They had to carry them up a flight of stairs and turn them on a 90° angle to fit them through the front door. They did this without having to remove my front door or the legs of the sofa, or anything of that sort. In just a matter of minutes they were finished and only charged me $45 for the hour for each of them, so I only spent about $90. I gave them a $30 tip because they were so fast and professional. This was a job that I thought would cost me a couple hundred dollars honestly. It was so difficult getting those couches into my garage so many months ago, that I never figured that it would be done so fast and so affordably. Also, they were a friendly staff. They told me that they also have a vehicle for just an extra $100 should I ever need them again. I should have called them a year ago. I would have saved time, money, and it would have saved me a ton of back ache and waiting to get my new furniture in my house. I highly recommend. read more

GREAT! Very fast; moved my small apartment in one hour; many boxes, computers... to my storage bin. Was careful handling my stuff; nothing got broke. Honest, very good price. The price set is the price you pay. No tricks. He gave me a bag of his wife's cookies. A special recipe. I never tasted that type of food before. yummy! My pet squirrel liked it. Very happy atmosphere, positive attitude. Owner entertained us all the way with jokes, philosophy... Always a smile. Thing I liked on first contact; they did NOT spend time in my apt labeling boxes... (as other movers do to stretch out the time to charge a extra 1-2 hours price). These men were fast!; immediately placing boxes, my other items on the dolly and into truck. I labeled my own boxes ahead of time. I was able to ride in the truck with them (gentlemen) and check all my stuff was moved into storage. It was complete. Also; no waiting! Often they can come to your home on first day you call or next! I am hiring them again to move a few boxes to new apartment. Then a 3rd time to move the things in storage to the new apartment. This is the kind of people I gladly give a tip $ to. They don't expect it, and they are 100% honest. I am a single lady trying to find a new home and running into many crooks. Its been rough! So nice to have JTR Enterprises to rely on. Professional, safe. The only con is; owner is a tall, very strong man, and extremely/specially handsome. But, he is married and true to his wife. I have never had a worse moving experience. Maybe these guys are good at small moves, but they certainly can't handle anything big. Once the move was booked, all communication ceased. That should have been all the warning I needed, but it was close to my move date & the other companies I called were booked, so I didn't have much choice.The size of my load had increased, and I tried multiple times to reach Logan via phone & text to see if we needed to re-quote the job, and got no response. On move day, they showed up over 2 hours late. We showed them exactly what did & did not need to be moved. They mentioned nothing about the size of the move changing, or the price increasing. They worked for several hours & then told us they had to finish the move the next day. This was problematic for us because the new owners were moving in the next afternoon, but there was nothing we could do. They showed up 30 minutes late the next day & took almost the entire day to complete the job. The new owners were very understanding & found things to occupy themselves with for several hours, but eventually had to come home while we were still cleaning up. They tracked mud through my house. They had to repeatedly ask which things did & did not get moved. They still moved some things that were supposed to stay for the new owners. All of the boxes were marked with the room they went in at the new location, but they read none of them & put everything in one room, leaving us to relocate them. They did not set up the bed in the new location. They told me they could not move my treadmill - which I specifically told them about in advance & was told there would be no issue - and said I should pay Sears to come take it apart & move it. Many boxes marked "fragile" were turned upside down. Delicate items were left laying out in the snow at the open back of the truck. My mattress & box spring were streaked with mud. When all was said and done, I gave them an extra $150 because I knew there was a lot of work involved. Logan told me I owed him an extra $200 on top of that, and that the flat rate he had quoted me was actually a per-trip charge (which was not what he said when quoting the job). I had no more money to give him, and out of anger, he handed me back the money I gave him & said he didn't want it, and left. He later went back to my previous home & asked the new owners for my name (How did he not remember my name?) so he could call a lawyer because I didn't pay him. He then sent me several rude texts & called me, asking for his money. I wasn't home at the tme, so he sat in his truck outside my new home until I got there. Please do yourself a favor & stay far away from these guys. They were unprofessional, incompetant, and left me wishing I had spent twice as much for real movers. read more

The team moved all my things in a quick and efficient manner. They arrived about 30 mins late but they called with updates which I appreciated. They were able to maneuver the big pieces of furniture through small doorways without damaging anything. Hard workers for sure. Would use them again. read more

Logan and JTR workers were outstandingly capable, efficient, responsive to changing dates and delivery location of my one bedroom apartment on the third floor of a building that had elevator service one floor short of ground level and took place mid March in the aftermath of a major snow storm. They moved out and loaded onto a clean truck some 60 pieces of furniture and plastic bins in less than an hour and in reverse moved back into the local area destination as quickly. I did oversee the removal of pieces from the 3rd floor apartment and the unload and all was placed at the end location per my changing requests. A+ from me for JTR Moving Services.
