If you're looking for a moving company that is reliable, efficient, and truly cares about your belongings, I highly recommend M and M Moving Company. Both with different ways of doing business. Phillip Massad Movers.... A well known Family business with warehouses and storage facilities in shrewsbury and Worcester. They receive our clients goods, and deliver them to their home. You can pick up or have your items delivered. The second company is Rexton Movers owned by two brothers; they work with us and for the client, ivan and his brother Serghei will organize, pack, unpack, and are capable of assembling any piece of furniture or moving and rearranging any of the homes we do. We call them our "Macgyvers". Both companies are well respected; and we at Design Center West are proud to recommend them

It was the easiest and least stressful move yet (and I'm almost 50). Their price was fair and definitely worth it. Thank you, Sam!

The moving crew was great, but the people giving the quotes are not the movers that you work with…read more They estimated it would take around 8 hours and it wound up taking the crew 15. This really should have been a two day job, the crew and we were exhausted by the end of the day. I'm not really upset about the cost difference because I knew what their hourly rate was. The crew really wanted to get it all wrapped up for us by the end of the day instead of stretching to another day because they had another job the next day bright and early. The booking office is really putting their workers through the wringer and I don't appreciate that. The crew was kind and delicate with our items. They were being gracious and offering to do whatever we wanted with regards to helping pack remaining items, disassembling and reassembling furniture, and organizing things at the new house. I may have taken note of their time for these things if it hadn't been clear by noon that this was going to already be a very long day. By 10pm I was just happy to have everything remaining that we own in the garage. So I did enjoy the crew, but if you go with this company and have a lot of stuff then you need to do some legwork yourself to get an accurate estimate. I had a three bedroom 1700 sqft house with a large basement and garage and it took 15 hours and cost $4k.

The movers made contact when they were en route to my location, and showed up on time. All three of the movers introduced themselves, and post my tour of what they needed to move, they went to work. Our move was sizeable 3bd apt in a house to a 2bd smaller townhouse. They disassembled, reassembled, and arranged furniture in the most effective configuration. They were real people who truly cared about the job they did. They also understood how stressful moving is. My move took 6 hours and they were moving the entire time. Nothing broken and they were a super effective team. (hopefully no time soon...the process of moving bites) If I ever need movers again Mozart Movers are going to be my choice. We settled on what I *thought* was needed, and he sent a rough estimate within a couple hours. A big relief! However, my circumstances changed abruptly, and I needed to cancel the move. As I had no idea If I would be moving within a couple months or a couple years, I couldn't in good faith postpone. Alex was completely understanding. Through the entire process, from first contact to an unfortunate need to cancel, he was courteous, upfront about all matters, offered helpful suggestions, and very pleasant to work with. My only issue, falls entirely on my shoulders. They do offer a refund policy, but it was me who misunderstood the details. On their site, it clearly states that a refund will be granted only if canceled within 48 hours of booking. I had read it as before 48 hours of my move. That's not on them, my fault. I would definitely give them a call again! Hope this helps you in your (I know is difficult) decision process. Good luck!
