Both with different ways of doing business. Phillip Massad Movers.... A well known Family business with warehouses and storage facilities in shrewsbury and Worcester. They receive our clients goods, and deliver them to their home. You can pick up or have your items delivered. The second company is Rexton Movers owned by two brothers; they work with us and for the client, ivan and his brother Serghei will organize, pack, unpack, and are capable of assembling any piece of furniture or moving and rearranging any of the homes we do. We call them our "Macgyvers". Both companies are well respected; and we at Design Center West are proud to recommend them

I would absolutely recommend them to whomever needs movers, and will be using them in the future for any moving endeavors!

I'm so grateful to have found On It Movers to help make the process a whole lot easier. Admittedly, I checked four or five moving companies before settling on this company based on a combination of price and availability. The On It Movers had supplies available to use and to purchase, including moving blankets for my furniture, cutting down on the need to make a trip to Home Depot to sort these items. On the day of the move, they were in constant contact to share updates on their estimated arrival. The move itself came in exactly as estimated both in terms of the time they estimated it would take and budget. As an added bonus, both of the guys are super friendly which given the stress of moving, makes a world of difference. I'll be moving again in two months into a new apartment (from a storage unit), and will certainly be using On It Movers again. Takeaway: Save for yourself the time and trouble of researching companies and just go with this one.

Paradise Movers are fanfriggingtastic!…read more Wow! I needed a small move, from an apartment in Woonsocket, that I was "camping out" in for six months (while waiting for my new, endlessly delayed double-wide to finally get finished and closed on), to Chapachet. That day finally came, and I contacted quite a few movers, who quoted outrageous sums, and dates available weeks and weeks out. I was fearing poor old me would have to drag the stuff, car load by car load to my new place. But then Paradise Movers came to my rescue! They received my request for quotes on the Yelp "Request Quotes" thingy, emailed me with a VERY fair rate, and could schedule it exactly when I needed it. Yay! They confirmed my move 3 or 4 times in the meantime, showed up on time, got right to work, and had me loaded up in a half hour! The drive was 20 minutes, got to my new place, and the whole thing was completely done in 90 minutes. The two movers were really nice! Both were communicative, responsive, careful, and efficient. They did everything with a bubbly attitude and smiles on their faces. They were freaking great - even with my packing job being way less than stellar. I would recommend Paradise Movers to anyone for any size or type of moving needs, but in particular, they shine at smaller, local moves. Hire them now!

We settled on what I *thought* was needed, and he sent a rough estimate within a couple hours. A big relief! However, my circumstances changed abruptly, and I needed to cancel the move. As I had no idea If I would be moving within a couple months or a couple years, I couldn't in good faith postpone. Alex was completely understanding. Through the entire process, from first contact to an unfortunate need to cancel, he was courteous, upfront about all matters, offered helpful suggestions, and very pleasant to work with. My only issue, falls entirely on my shoulders. They do offer a refund policy, but it was me who misunderstood the details. On their site, it clearly states that a refund will be granted only if canceled within 48 hours of booking. I had read it as before 48 hours of my move. That's not on them, my fault. I would definitely give them a call again! Hope this helps you in your (I know is difficult) decision process. Good luck!

I had a lot of items including some heavy furniture pieces. They were able to pack everything and move everything safely without any damages. The boxes and tape do cost extra if you choose to ask them to help pack, so I recommend providing some duct tape and boxes. The costs vary as well but I found their pricing to be very reasonable and the best priced compared to other movers I have used. They were super communicative and were also really friendly people! I enjoyed talking to them during the move. Overall, I highly recommend them and would definitely hire them again for any moving and packing services.

Amanat was quick to respond, I spent about 20 minutes on the phone giving a detailed inventory, got the quote and paid the deposit. The estimate for my two bed two bath with packing and unpacking was 8 hours. The three person crew arrived on time. I walked them through the apartment and they got started. Unfortunately we were five hours in and they had still not finished packing. By the time they were finally unloading the truck, we were on the tenth hour. My husband was putting beds back together and we told them to forget about unpacking, as that would have taken them another two days. The crew was very young and inexperienced. I often found them checking their phones rather than focusing on the job. And as I've been unpacking I've been more and more frustrated with how they packed. Furniture was damaged, items boxed in totally random order (I.e., kitchen items and clothes in the same box), and nothing labeled. I don't know how they were planning to be able to unpack as planned. Some items were wrapped up so securely that didn't need it while other more valuable items were tossed in a box without any protection at all. And the amount of tape used was obscene. I've spent hours and hours cutting through it all. It was completely unnecessary to use that much. And they applied tape directly on items that are now ruined, like decorative storage boxes, high end sneaker boxes and expensive dresses. This was by far the worst moving experience I've had.
