Don't use this space. There is a massive rodent infestation issue at this location. Two of my units have had issues with rodents. Both of which have been full of all of my most important and valuable belongings that are wrecked from this rodent issue. Including my young daughter's toys, clothes and other valuable belongings. I have complained with management multiple times and all they've done is put rat poison in that clearly does not work well enough. There have been multiple people at this location that have had issues with rodents. I'm not the only one that has found their items wrecked with dead rodents inside. The only thing that has been done by customer service is a $75 credit while I've been paying more monthly for months to store rat shit all over my belongings in two separate units. read more

They raise your rate without notifying you after 6 months being there. Only use this place if you plan on a short stat.

Maria went above and beyond! Attempted to get in our unit to no avail the prior week due to a stuck lock. Called to seek options on how to get the lock removed and/or replaced. She was kind and provided clear instructions. In the end, Maria personally walked with us to inspect the lock and we were able to remove it without blemish. read more

Friendly, professional and she said to let her know if there was anything I needed or did not find satisfactory. A very pleasant conversation. This place is a hidden gem and the staff is wonderful The place is clean and it's easy access being right on the corner. Reyna the manager and David who works with her are extremely helpful and kind... Every time I went to my storage I saw security walking by making sure all the locks were locked and nobody was loitering around that should not have been there. I am sorry to spoil the mood here, but I don't have a good experience. While overseas with a limited access to the Internet and without my cell phone, my rate was increased by $25 because I used a credit card. I am not allowed to have a brief storage sale (2 hours max) either for the few pieces of furniture I have left in my unit. I have to move them out. For $160 a month, this is sad. I called around noon to find out about the units, prices and sizes all that. I spoke with Garry with two r's, who was amazing. Super friendly and helpful. He made my reservation and I set an appointment to look at the unit. About am hour later they called to confirm. When I got there bill was a nice welcome, he extremely nice and knowledgeable. I checked out the unit then signed all the paper work, bought some boxes and was on my way in probably less than 25 minutes. I would refer anyone looking for storage to this location. read more

I want to share my amazing experience especially for this Public Storage establishment. This place is great for military members or anyone who has to travel a lot and may not be available in person to move in stuff. I was deployed when I had to move my stuff out of my house (I rented my house). From the initial move in to the storage unit (which is very clean and well protected) I had nothing but exceptional service from Maria and Chanda at this location. Maria is the store manager and she takes personal pride in her customer service and professionalism. I have been deployed for over a year and when I got back my storage unit has no issues, no rats, no cobwebs. Anytime I called, they answered and got back to me with a solution within a day, sometimes minutes. Even my move out process was very smooth. Upon my return, they worked with me on allowing a couple of days to get my stuff out and not charge me for the whole month like most other places would do. Cody, the district manager is very understanding and worked with my crazy schedule and approved of the allowance of extra days. Overall, they display nothing but exceptional courtesy which I can say I have not experienced elsewhere. And I do move a lot and often deal with storage facilities. Maria is the best! Recently I needed to update my payment information. I called Maria at the local Public Storage and said informed me the choices are to come in to provide the information, call corporate or update online. I elected to go online - big mistake! After signing on and providing all necessary information, I clicked OK. At this point, I realized the site automatically increased the monthly rate. Yikes! I called Maria again and she suggested I come in and I did. Well, she informed me there was a scheduled rate hike but she will try to back my rate to the previous rate. She fired off an email to corporate. In the end, she succeeded. Maria is a people person. She is highly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. In fact, the overall experience at this particular Public Storage location is a 5 stars plus. read more

Called and had Maria help me set up an account and she was incredibly helpful and nice/welcoming. After everything was set up and I got my belongings movies in I got a unexpected call from Maria wondering how to move went, which I thought was very nice. BEWARE they increase the rates after the 1st six months. Mine increased by $30 and the only explanation Maria could give me was that corporate decides and there's nothing they can do. Payments are made on my autopay and have been made before the due date every month. Now my storage fee for a 10x15 will be $184, not including the $11 insurance they require. An increase is expected, however a 20% increase for being a good customer is ridiculous. During the friendly conversation, I stated I may have to take my business elsewhere when Maria said "ok, do you know when you'll be doing that so I can note your account?". Now I definitely will be looking elsewhere. read more

Fast, friendly service. Viewed 2 units before deciding on which one we wanted, both were impeccably clean and well maintained. Units are secure. Love that each unit gets their own personalized access code for the facility! Facility provides you with a very heavy duty lock, which, FYI - you ARE charged $17 or $18 for, but you get to keep forever, so although it was a charge we did not anticipate, but are comfortable with, knowing that it's good quality and that we will have years worth of use out of it. Also, they didn't tell us until we were signing the contract that insurance is required. We ended up just getting insurance through their recommended provider for $11 per month. Again, not a huge deal, but along with the lock, would have been nice to have been told about when we were inquiring about the units. Regardless, we are happy with the service we received and will do business with them again :) read more

This place is infested with mice! When I moved in there was a dead mouse in the unit , unfortunately I was there with my movers and could move to a different storage facility. Upon move out after all of my belonging s where removed the floor was covered and I do mean covered with mouse droppings that were also mixed in with my things. If that was not bad enough I was double charged $268.90 for my storage and I am still waiting on my refund. read more

6-27-11 I just like to say that u do not ensure 100% customer satisfaction. I been a loyal customer of public storage for almost 2 yrs and all u wanted to do is rip me off. For one a never got my discount for being a long time customer because of clerical error. And two u do not honor reservation rates. I wanted to upgrade to a 10X20 at $160 rate that was being offered online. So i rented a truck to get everything moved into my brand new storage and then the property manager tells me when i get there that those rates and that they only go to new customers and my rate is $215 a month. Bullshit! I was sign online under my account as ur regular customer when i got that rate and the reservation was made under my account and there is no disclaimer online line that says that those rates are only reserved for new customers. The manager said the only way i can get that rate is by a new name and address. I said ok and my boyfriend has that information for u. Then the manager reply that u had to do it online to make that reservation and i said ok my boyfriend has his computer with him. So we go online line to do it and now the rate for the storage we were looking at is $194. Property manger says the only way to get it resolve is by calling customer service. So i call customer service and they give me the same bullshit and say the cant help me however they said that the rate $160 should be transferable to my boyfriend which conflicts with the property manager because he said it couldn't even after the fact he said it could. I ask if she could tell the manger that so i could get my rate and she said she couldn't but says to call the district manager which i couldn't get a hold of and by this time i made up my mind for what i wanted to do. On top of all this i spent 2 hours arguing with these people trying to sort this out and getting the run around that the time in the day to get my shit done had expired and i had to rent the moving truck for another day and wasted more money because u guys can't communicate what r ur policy properly. If rates given online r for new customers then u shouldn't be giving those rates online to ur regular customers when they r sign on as ur regular customers and getting reservations on there account at those rates. Thus then letting them go down to the main office with a moving truck ready to go and then getting slap in a face with a much higher rate that they never knew about. U guys r a scam and do not how to take care of ur customers. I got my shit out of there and when to another storage down the freeway at a much better location that offered a 10X20 for $140 which is cheaper then what i payed with my regular storage and they don't force me to pay for ur stupid insurance and administration fees. Just flat out $140, there's no dam surprises. Just clean cut and straight to the point. Nice and simple and no stress involved. Much nicer units more space and equipped with a alarm and a fire sprinkler at no extra cost. Plus they have a gate that raises up so u don't hit that unexpected bump on the way out while all ur stuff is in ur truck. U guys r rip offs and i am going to make a point of that mainly because i had to spend more money getting everything fixed. Again not a 100% customer satisfaction. P.S.
