It's not their responsibility to protect my belongings. It's mine. One of only two places I've rented from in 25 years that insists in this manner. If they want to protect their facility from renters then that should be baked into the rental fee, not forced as an add on through questionable business practices and privacy and PCI violations.

Later we saw an Asian person keeping the elevators spotless and tried to clean or do something with the pigeon poop by the elevators. Now we no longer see the Asian person keeping the place up. Now we don't see anyone cleaning. It's horribly filthy. Many times there aren't any carts available where I believe they were numbered up to 6 carts. We pay a lot of money to rent a unit and would like it maintained and kept up.

And they knew 2 weeks prior and didn't bother to call the guy and return his money. So I did and the owner tried to get the credit... I could not work for a company and sit there and represent them and lie to the customers or rip them off. Cause I am honest. And I can't believe they did not pay me for all they owe me...
