We were one of the first renters and had so many options of which unit to rent. Kyle was fabulous and patient. He gave us so I many options. He kept the elevator spotless and mopping it everyday. We've rented a unit since 2020. Later we saw an Asian person keeping the elevators spotless and tried to clean or do something with the pigeon poop by the elevators. Now we no longer see the Asian person keeping the place up. Now we don't see anyone cleaning. It's horribly filthy. Many times there aren't any carts available where I believe they were numbered up to 6 carts. We pay a lot of money to rent a unit and would like it maintained and kept up. read more

Predatory is the only word to describe this place. They lure you in with one price, 3 months later raise it another $40, then another $30... all within a year. The excuse isn't adding more services, increasing accessibility or more training for the unhelpful staff... it's just because they can. They count on customers moving all of their things in and not wanting to make another move so paying any increase. The staff is always "on break" when you need assistance, there's rarely any carts available and there's a rat issue. If you're looking for storage, there's other options in the area that are more ethical in their practices. I would rather keep the same customers with a small increase, than lose customers because of greed. read more

I booked my unit online. That was horrible unit not large enough. Had to deal with purchasing a larger unit. The lady was new and not friendly with me as a white women. My larger storage unit was not cleaned although she said she would clean it. Pigeon shit is everywhere and the restrooms that ppl need to use are locked when paying customers need to use it. I know the staff they clean the pigeon shit and it's a lie. read more

Paying over $130 a month to never be able to retrieve a cart to remove stuff from my storage unit. Every time I've came here this week ( three times) someone is on break and can't get to the office to get the cart. And I had heavy packages to pick up in the office. Told the gentleman "I'll be down in a minute to get it" oh what's that? He goes on an hour break. Instead of just telling me that... Come back later. No one is here. They need to figure out a fix for the carts and start watching the cameras to see where they're going if that's the problem. Stop allowing others to ruin it for others. And need someone on watch during their breaks. Fully unprofessional and make things complicated. read more

My boyfriend and I have been leasing a unit for a several months with this company. Today we went in to close our account, and received poor treatment from staff member Suzy. My boyfriend and I called in advance about ending our lease, where we were told if we came in and cancelled on 1/23 we would have 7 days, up until 2/1 to empty the unit (since we paid for the full month of January). Suzy told us no that isn't an option and that we needed to get everything out today. She did give us a partial refund since we paid for the full month and left sooner. However, we felt incredibly rushed and put on the spot after we had already got confirmation from someone else over the phone what the process would be for closing our unit. When it came time for me to checkout Suzy not once tried to even interact. The walk from the office to our unit was so awkward and soooo uncomfortable. I had to ask her how her day was to break the silence where she then answered "fine" and didn't even try to be friendly or ask "how about you?" I 100% am okay with wearing masks, but don't enforce something your own staff doesn't follow. read more

Nice units, okay location, shady rent, untrustworthy business practices though. I got a unit for $95. Six months later, they jacked the rent to $110. So, every six months, they can raise the rent 16%? There goes the decent price! While not really a bait and switch, it still feels shady that they jacked the rent so much, so quickly. That shadiness is why I'm leaving. read more

This place is awesome. Truly. First of all it's neat as a pin and very secure. I have a unit on the climate controlled floor and it really is always the same temperature. And prices are very reasonable. But what is really great is their customer service. Attentive and efficient - a rare combination. And willing to go the extra mile. I put some suitcases in my unit too close to the door (clearly my fault) and the door wouldn't open. Kyle willingly spent 15 minutes on the floor with his hand squeezed under the unit door and managed to dislodge the suitcases and get the door open. Impressive!!!! read more

I really needed to get in to my unit on Monday night. We had just moved into a new place after a ton of moving around and being in random places. Got to the storage unit only to find out that the gate was closed because it's broken and there was no way for me to get in!! My mattress, bedding, etc is in that unit. I called the after hours line and was told that there was no way for me to get in, I had to wait until they open, (which is when I work). There was no way for me to get into the unit. What's the point of having a storage unit if you can't get in? I don't get why they couldn't pay someone to hang out for 4 hours and let people in, or be on call in there in case of an emergency. read more

This is a newly constructed four-story facility that opened in late November with a convenient location on 3rd St. between X and Broadway, near downtown and easy freeway access. The manager, Robert, was extremely helpful and spent half an hour with me answering questions and checking the storage unit and gate access to make certain everything was in working order. The facility is pristine and very modern, with a large reception area and motion-activated lights in the corridors and inside the units. Almost all of the units are internal, with none of the dust that is common at storage facilities with direct drive-up access. Robert said there are 1,200 units and I was among the first 10 renters. Initial prices are very competitive, especially for the downtown area. My rent is 15-20% less than I had been paying for a unit the same size at an older facility in an outlying area. The initial rate is guaranteed for the first six months. For now, access is quick and convenient, with no waiting for parking, elevators or carts. It will be interesting to see if that is still the case after it reaches full occupancy. read more

I have rented a unit here for about a year, i was told in person when getting the unit i would have access between 6am and 10pm, and did until a week ago. now i only have access between 9 am and 5pm(while im at work) and the person i spoke to said theres nothing they can do about it. there has been several weeks the gates were just chained shut, so no access then, they claimed vandalism. i let that go, and continued renting. after now being told that my access is only my working hours, i am leaving this facility, and company in general, and going somewhere else. after complaining and trying to talk to several different people, i have been told there is nothing they can do. so i guess all they can do is lose a customer. i hope my poor experience with this company saves someone a headache of dealing with it themselves . read more

Unreliable office hours (mostly closed) and business practices. People who end up using storage units are usually going through some changes. This company needs to be more flexible and understanding about customer circumstances. We will be out of the unit soon and somehow it will cost us way to much to vacate. read more
