I've been using Natomas Self Storage for a year now, and I've never had a better experience. Michelle is the absolute best! She's so friendly and always ready to help. She remembers me by face and can solve any problem I have right away. She's patient and kind, and she really goes above and beyond. The storages are also great - they even have climate-controlled units, which was perfect for my husband and I. We love and appreciate you, Michelle! Thank you for keeping our stuff safe and treating us like family. You'll always be our go-to person for self-storage! N she should be yours too Thanks, Moe and Carlos read more

This was my first time using self-storage of any kind, and it pretty great! Michelle was very responsive in emails and phone calls, and explained everything thoroughly. When I showed up on the first day, she walked me to one of the smallest, 5x5, not-climate-controlled units and said that she moved me to one that was closer to the door, which I'm really thankful for. The sliding door was functional, not dented, and secure. The inside was clean, though a bit dim, as there's no direct overhead lighting within the unit. She walked me back to the office, where we took care of paperwork, and she sold me a Chateau lock for about $17, because I'd forgotten to bring my own. But hey! This one has a lifetime warranty! How nifty! Back at the office, she explained how the security gate works, and that I should punch in my number every time I enter, even if I follow someone else in. Once all the paperwork was taken care of, I drove up to my unit to drop off some stuff. The doors say to keep them closed at all times, but there is a wooden door wedge available inside to keep it propped open for larger, heavier items. A fair warning, though, if you're coming from far and you need to use the bathroom, there's only a porta-potty onsite. HOWEVER: It was probably the cleanest porta-potty I've ever used, haha. Had to go back to the office to wash my hands, though. If anyone in the Natomas area needs some storage, I'd definitely recommend this place. Michelle was fantastic. read more

I highly recommend their units because they are clean, secure, and safe. I love the music playing in the background as I loaded, sifted, and repacked my belongings. We only needed to use storage for 2 months, but it was a great experience. The spot felt safe since it was out against an open field and since the facility is surrounded by an electric fence and alarms. Michelle took the time to get to know us and greeted us by name every time we entered the office. We felt valued as customers which isn't always easy to find! We used the truck twice which was very convenient for moving in and out. We would definitely recommend NSS to anyone in the Natomas area! read more

I honestly felt sad when I had to move out, but I will definitely be using them again if ever needed. Look no further if you're in the area, or even if you're not in the area. Where to even begin....well I moved to natomas about a year and a half ago from rancho. I needed a place to store a few things and found this location online. I was able to view most of the information online and decided to go on down to speak with someone in the office. When I arrived, I was greeted by Michelle. Our first encounter was amazing. She was so warm and inviting. She very much so gives mom vibes. Lol. I just needed a little 5x10 and she hooked me right up. She spent time going over the rental agreement as well as walking me to my unit. She provided a detailed map of the facility as well as the best way to exit. Michele informed me of all the other type of storage sizes and amenities they offer. The facility is always clean, and I mean always. I remember I would come at a random time of day to collect some things from my storage and I would see Michele riding around the grounds ensuring things were not only clean but safe and sound. Should the need arise, I will definitely be renting a unit from this location again. It was reasonably priced and coupled with the excellent service, it's a no Brainer. read more

Natomas Self Storage is simply the best around. Michelle is a consummate professional and one of the kindest people ever. She really helped facilitate my move in and out of the unit. I'm truly grateful for her stellar customer service. NSS is a family owned and operated Storage facility and you can tell right away. The prices are a little higher than some other places I looked up but when you have to store your personal belongings somewhere for an extended period of time its worth it to pay for your piece of mind. Even if I moved across town I would still use and recommend Natomas Self Storage. Thank you for all your help!! read more

I received the best customer service from Michelle at the Natomas Self Storage. Moving is a bit stressful for me and she made the storage part easy and stress-less. She was kind and professional to say the least. Besides her superb customer service the facility is clean and safe. When I found out that because of my choice of storage I qualified for a free moving truck with a lift for easy loading, for at least three hours plus the free use of two types of dollies, she absolutely made my day! I have had several storage places. Never had one that goes out of their way to help someone out especially when your storage is on a lien. Suni, Bryce and Denise are super nice, helpful & extremely funny! Hard to find people who cares about their customers. They can even change your due date if you cant make it on your original due date. I also had to dump some big items out of storage and Bryce was nice enough to offer doing this for me. Thinking about keeping this storage just to keep doing business with them. Love them death! read more

The folks at this storage locker make a service business out of a simple storage locker. They are so helpful and accommodating I was moved to write my first yelp review. We recently emptied our locker after a couple of years of storing our household goods. We had to load them onto a container for ocean shipping. They made what could have been a very stressful event pleasant and easier than I dreamed. They received the container, had it put it in the best location possible, and we didn't have to be present for the delivery or pick up. They also helped us find "helpers" to load it (not as part of their business but just as a favor). They even let us eat our lunch inside at a table for this purpose. The restroom is very clean. Our locker was climate controlled, which I highly recommend. The security is very high, one must punch in and out each time, the lighting and surroundings perfect, easy freeway access. Billing and payment was always smooth. Very clean operation, and I always felt safe there. Great fruit stand (Perrys) 1/4 mile down the road during summer months not to be missed. Also, restaurant and gas station next door. read more
