This was my first time using self-storage of any kind, and it pretty great! Michelle was very responsive in emails and phone calls, and explained everything thoroughly. When I showed up on the first day, she walked me to one of the smallest, 5x5, not-climate-controlled units and said that she moved me to one that was closer to the door, which I'm really thankful for. The sliding door was functional, not dented, and secure. The inside was clean, though a bit dim, as there's no direct overhead lighting within the unit. She walked me back to the office, where we took care of paperwork, and she sold me a Chateau lock for about $17, because I'd forgotten to bring my own. But hey! This one has a lifetime warranty! How nifty! Back at the office, she explained how the security gate works, and that I should punch in my number every time I enter, even if I follow someone else in. Once all the paperwork was taken care of, I drove up to my unit to drop off some stuff. The doors say to keep them closed at all times, but there is a wooden door wedge available inside to keep it propped open for larger, heavier items. A fair warning, though, if you're coming from far and you need to use the bathroom, there's only a porta-potty onsite. HOWEVER: It was probably the cleanest porta-potty I've ever used, haha. Had to go back to the office to wash my hands, though. If anyone in the Natomas area needs some storage, I'd definitely recommend this place. Michelle was fantastic. read more

Where to even begin....well I moved to natomas about a year and a half ago from rancho. I needed a place to store a few things and found this location online. I was able to view most of the information online and decided to go on down to speak with someone in the office. When I arrived, I was greeted by Michelle. Our first encounter was amazing. She was so warm and inviting. She very much so gives mom vibes. Lol. I just needed a little 5x10 and she hooked me right up. She spent time going over the rental agreement as well as walking me to my unit. She provided a detailed map of the facility as well as the best way to exit. Michele informed me of all the other type of storage sizes and amenities they offer. The facility is always clean, and I mean always. I remember I would come at a random time of day to collect some things from my storage and I would see Michele riding around the grounds ensuring things were not only clean but safe and sound. This is a great place. The staff are friendly and helpful. You feel like you're doing business with family. The hard is super clean. Like Disneyland clean. Since there's a big ag field close by, I'm sure they wash the driving areas all the time. Buildings are clean. Storage areas are clean. Walkways are clean. It really looks like they just opened. The folks at this storage locker make a service business out of a simple storage locker. They are so helpful and accommodating I was moved to write my first yelp review. We recently emptied our locker after a couple of years of storing our household goods. We had to load them onto a container for ocean shipping. They made what could have been a very stressful event pleasant and easier than I dreamed. They received the container, had it put it in the best location possible, and we didn't have to be present for the delivery or pick up. They also helped us find "helpers" to load it (not as part of their business but just as a favor). They even let us eat our lunch inside at a table for this purpose. The restroom is very clean. Our locker was climate controlled, which I highly recommend. The security is very high, one must punch in and out each time, the lighting and surroundings perfect, easy freeway access. Billing and payment was always smooth. Very clean operation, and I always felt safe there. Great fruit stand (Perrys) 1/4 mile down the road during summer months not to be missed.
