Then there's the intermittent access challenges. Initially offering 24-hour access in 2022, the facility now restricts hours to 9AM-6PM, closed Sunday & Wednesday. Hours differ for autopay users. Overall, I give 3.5/4 stars for its convenient location, great customer service and clean premises, though improvements in fee transparency and access would enhance the experience.

Their gate is constantly broken, so you end up using one gate to enter and exit, which is frustrating and feels unsafe. We also had rodent damage that cost thousands, but their insurance only reimbursed $400 per claim no matter the loss. And despite promising to keep rates low because of the issues they caused, they still tripled the price within a year. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place at all. STAY AWAY!!!
