Updated to say that the manager called me this morning screaming about this review wanting to know why and then proceeded to defend my abusive ex husband. This place is so unprofessional they take zero responsibility please do not waate your money. She didn't call to apologize she called to scream about the honest review I left I have screen shots and a recorded call. I'll be releasing them to socials They don't contact you until the bill is due after multiple promises claiming I'd be "contacted by the manager" she calls me once in 30 days and then I get some generic email saying that my stuff had been moved. While waiting on them to return my call and claims that they would call me back once they figured out how to do their job. My abusive ex husband put me in this situation violating 3 different ca civil codes and instead of assisting me or working with me as their potential new client since my property was left there without my permission they decided to maximize their profits. After weeks of being promised that I would get a call from the allegedly "one manager who would know how to go about this" and them not returning my calls and refusing to communicate with me I get an email. I've been given the run around and idk why because my communications with them have only been professional so far yet they still decided to screw me over. This place is a scam and they'll do anything for money. Renting out over priced units and then lying to customers. Every interaction was documented. I'm not okay because they took things from me that I had managed to hold onto for the last 30 years despite all the moves things that can't be replaced and were put there without my permission I can't actually access. I was told I'd be able to access my items but their lack of communication has made that literally impossible as I am 800 miles away. They knew that 30 days ago when we made first contact. That I had no tangible way of getting my property out of there quickly but they chose violence against a girl who is literally just trying to survive. The reason there are laws protecting victims of DV who try to leave is because they often leave their things behind when fleeing. I was unable to safely get my stuff and it wasn't a priority when I left. My safety was. So without my permission it was moved into a storage unit here at this location and then I was promised to be called and emailed for 4 weeks straight where the staff here led me on to believe I'd be getting a call by someone competent enough to transfer to my name so I could either take over that bill or come get my things. Neither one happened because they don't communicate. And they lie. So if you support that kind of deceptive and predatory behavior come on down they'd love to screw you over too read more

Stop doing unethical things. How is it legal to double the rent overnight we literally were only using the company temporarily for a couple months and they changed our rent from 170 to 364. read more

Athena and Summer were so helpful. I was able to get a storage unit quickly and efficiently. The place is clean, quiet and in a great neighborhood. I do wish that they would provide Summer with a golf cart to get us down to the units as it is quite a walk. I think it would help a lot in the summer months. read more

Today we just had our storage unit broken into along with 17 OTHERS at 3 AM in the morning. I'm wondering if they have alarms for this kind of incident. They say they have security footage but have yet to release it. I'm pretty upset thinking my items would be protected from burglary but I guess I am liable for my things as they state. Also it states on their website "When you're not here, you'll rest easy knowing StorQuest has your back with security cameras, a fully fenced property, and well-lit parking lots and hallways." They failed at calling the local authorities at the time of the burglary. They failed to provide a secure fence!! They stated that they broke in through one of their "secured" gates. Again let me emphasize 18 UNITS were broken into! Are your alarms on Silent??? I guess I just have to cut my losses on my deceased mothers belongings. read more

StorQuest recently bought this Outback Storage facility and took over ownership. I came in the other day to make a payment on my account and was surprised by the change. Stacey assisted me in setting up my autopay and explained the new hours to me. Im so stoked to be able to come here 7 days a week instead of the 5 the old company was open for. The change in ownership has brought new color and life to the property, and there's still more to come. Measure first before you rent with StorQuest. I leased a storage unit that was sold to me as 10' x 10'. It looked a little small but thought it was just me. I came back with a measuring tape and discovered it was actually 9' x 9'. I brought this to the staff's attention and let them know that I could make this work but wanted them to reduce the rent based on the fact it was 9x9 and not 10x10. The office staff, who was very pleasant, reached out to management who refused to reduce the monthly rent. I my opinion this is a deceitful and unprofessional way to handle the business. So beware, measure first before you rent with StorQuest. read more

The new manager, Stacey Boitano, saves the day. I cleared out one of my two storage units and had complaints. Before I could express my displeasure, he let me know he was already aware of the situation and explained the measures taken to resolve the issues. The price is a little higher to renew my unit, but competitive with other places. I am very happy with the new management and will be staying for another year, at least. read more

One of the nicer storage spaces out there. It's clean and well kept. I loved having easy access with a code and varied days/hours. I was there for multiple years and the only issue I ever had was going to pay my bill in person and they were out for lunch both days and at different times. I recommend calling beforehand if you need to go into the office or just enrolling in the autopay. Hopefully you interact with Summer at the front desk. She was always very nice and super helpful. If you go at night, there are automatic lights indoors and also rolling carts nearby. If I ever need storage again, I will be back. read more

Been here since it was originally owned by outback storage. Outback mgmt was great. Since they were bought out the new mgmt. raised my rate by 50% and started charging me a $10 insurance fee. I decided on leaving . I left after a few days from my new billing cycle but they charged me the full month's rate. There is no proration. Beware when you move out before your new billing cycle or they will charge you the full month rate. Otherwise facility met my expectations. read more

I was in need of a quick place to store some things and I was given a glowing recommendation by a friend. They sure didn't steer me wrong. Walked in and met Jared who was friendly and extremely helpful. The whole process of finding the right storage unit was so easy and incredibly professional. Jared was great at making sure the unit I chose was the right one for me. The entire facility is top notch, with LED lighting in the indoor units and I felt safe storing my items once Jared pointed out to me that they have state of the art cameras everywhere. Jared was extremely helpful and we ended up getting a unit that was much more affordable than other places we looked and climate controlled! My husband and I needed to get a storage in between moving. We found StorQuest had the best prices in the area and offered military discount. We did not make an appointment or reserve a unit prior to coming in, we just winged it. Stacey was very knowledgeable in what would fit in each size unit and wanted to get us the best for our money and was very nice and got us set up in a unit quickly. The property was very clean and had bathrooms outside for when the office is closed. We are very happy and would recommended this storage to anyone. read more

They not only worked with me and the tedious process -- all on my end, by the way -- to accomplish renting, but did so providing outstanding customer service in the process. Their prices are great, the property is very clean (amazing how many aren't) and the property manager, Stacey was professional and helped me get a great space at a great price.
