The unit I rented for my boat was sized correctly but space between buildings is limited so maneuvering a trailer in was quite difficult. I had 2 units with them they kept changing the price on my unit every month. The timer on the lights always shut of i was in the dark trying to get my stuff.On Sunday when i had to go and get something out there was a vehicle always blocking my unit. I can tell it was employee car using the inside for storing there vehicle. When i finally left i had paid for a month but left only using 11 days in the month and they don't pro rate the return the money for the other days in the month that you didn't use. I called over the phone from out of area looking for a small storage unit and moving truck. The staff here were amazing and were easy to work with. Not only did they recommend the appropriate size for the unit & truck but I was told about a special! Who doesn't love saving money?! I was doing this for my brother so a day after I booked and paid for the storage unit, he tells me he found an apartment and no longer needed it. I then asked her why am I being charged more money and I only wanted a month and it's pre payed ? She hung up The phone 2 times and refused to talk. This storage facility is ran well. I've been renting a small space since August. I was able to go online select a rental, set up the account and pay all before even visiting the facility. (BONUS points for me- makes the transaction that much smoother) I then went to the facility with my lock, confirmed I had done everything online with the lady at the front desk, then was taken to my storage unit. Ever since then, I have had zero issues. The staff is very friendly and nice whenever I call and not over bearing with harassing phone calls if I forget to make my payment on time (you can sign up for auto-pay, I just opted not to- trust issues.) If you're looking for staff that treats you well, creates a great experience and a clean facility please try this one. You won't regret it. read more

We rented the small pickup truck for two days and were charged a $100 fee because we returned it dusty and there was a water bottle under the seat that we didn't see. No one did a walk through with us to point anything out. Had I known we would be charged $100 for getting it back dusty we would have taken it to the car wash. I've never had to wash a rental car before returning before so I had no idea. Won't be doing business with this location again. read more

This location is terrible. They advertise $19.99 rental fee but then add on more charges, which I thought was for a deposit. The added on charges were for no reason at all. I told them that they could use the "deposit" charge they took from me to replace the $15-20 worth of gas that I actually used to move the truck since I didn't have time to stop and fill up. Instead, today I find out that they took another $45 from me from a bank statement. It cost me $100 to rent the truck when they advertise $20. I would not recommend this spot to anyone. It's already stressful having to move but when you have business's like this trying to milk you, it really packs on the stress. Don't go here. read more

What a great experience. My husband and I went here today to rent a storage unit for our move to Sacramento over the next few months. Brandon showed us multiple units and helped us map out our furniture in the space. He gave us an unbelievable discount, something like half off. I had to do my research online before dropping by and wasting gas. So Yes, I've tried contacting another storage unit before coming to this one and LET ME JUST SAY: the manager that answered the phone was really rude and sound annoyed! (i'll save it for their page).. But when I contacted this place, Brandon had answered the phone and was really helpful and nice. Told him i'll be coming in after work to take a look at the unit and there he was, a quarter til closing time, greeting me with out annoyance! he showed no sign of impatience and trying to get rid of me. Wonderful experience. I ended up selling my house before I could find a new place to live and ended up couch surfing for a few months until I could get re-settled. Brandon set me up with a storage unit that met all of my needs. I ended up digging through my unit on various occasions (sometimes after dark) looking for a particular sweater or pair of shoes. I was always greeted by name during business hours (so nice) and was even offered assistance lifting boxes. On one particular night, a dude popped out of a dumpster inside the gate and scared me half to death. I called the office and someone actually answered and came out immediately to escort the guy off the property and make sure everything was OK. Seriously, the customer service was incredible.
