My experience with Public Storage has been overwhelmingly negative, and I feel compelled to warn others before they commit to renting here. The constant bill increases are frustrating enough, but the ongoing facility problems make the rising cost feel completely unjustified. The elevators are unreliable and down far too often, and the access code app fails more than half the time, making even basic entry a hassle.
What pushed me over the edge was paying an additional $30 for 24‑hour access, only to receive a threatening text claiming I wasn't allowed on the property after 9 p.m. When I called for clarification, the property manager, Brittany, was dismissive and rude. I was told I would continue receiving these warnings because only one of my two units has 24‑hour access -- despite a previous staff member clearly telling me both units would be accessible. Instead of resolving the contradiction, Brittany brushed it off and abruptly hung up without so much as a "thank you" or "goodbye." It was unprofessional and frankly unacceptable.
To make matters worse, the facility doesn't even maintain enough equipment to support customers. They claim to have four dollies, but the last two times I visited only two were available, creating unnecessary delays and frustration.
Between the increasing bills, broken elevators, unreliable access systems, contradictory information from staff, and rude customer service, this has been one of the most disappointing business experiences I've had. I would strongly advise potential customers to look elsewhere read more
