I currently rented a unit at the public storage located @ 2255 E 104th Ave Northglenn CO. From day 1 it has been a $h.. show. First Public Storage is falsely advertising the first month for $1.00. I reserved my unit and then paid on the day of move in as it was my only day off from work and I was moving from an apartment and a different storage unit. My invoice does not break down what has been paid so I assumed that you pay $1.00 for the first month and the next month full price plus insurance and lock. 2nd day of moving my son goes to the unit to unload the truck and was denied access. I had no idea that there was an issue as I never received a call, text or email. Then on the 3rd day I was still denied access no email, call or text. Spoke with associate Kathy and she granted me different code for me to gain access and stated that I was denied due to my dog barking at a customer. Once again, I was never notified. She stated that I needed t come in and talk with Brittany. I did just that. Brittany stated that my son's dog went into a customer's unit and scared them, and they filed a complaint. She lied and said she called me and once again if she would have left me a message stating that I would not have access I would have called immediately. Then the following Sunday my account was charged a prorated amount for the first month that I moved in. I called spoke with Brittany and she agreed to reverse the charge and stated that I had to pay by the 22nd. On the next day my account was charged again therefore over drafting my account. I called and Brittany stated that there was nothing that she could do. She gave me the number for the DM left him a message and never received a call back. Just left the storage and was once again denied access as the code that was given to me from Kathy was temporary. I was not informed that, that was the case. So thankful that Kathy was on the property to help. Each time I was denied access it put me in a bind and almost caused a major inconvenience and extra money. This is the worst experience that I have had renting a storage and would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE THEY FALSE ADVERTISE TO GET YOU IN A UNIT AND THEN LIE ABOUT IT. THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION OR CONSIDERATION. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND LACKING PEOPLE SKILLS AS WELL. read more
