Unfortunately a negative review that I wish had not gone that way. I like other users have encountered verbal abuse from the property manager after attempting to pay what was due before auction. The manager (Chris) is terrible, he attempted to illegally auction my unit (in violation of the SCRA Act) and when I called him to rectify the situation he was verbally abusive to me. I have to speak to the district manager every time because the property manager (Chris) is absolutely terrible. Had I known this beforehand then I would have chosen a different storage location. There are multiples hallways in this place that "do not have cameras". My unit was broken in to twice in 4 months. Absolutely ridiculous. I would say storage units have one sole role and that is to keep the tenants things safe. I am removing all my stuff and never using this place again. read more

I needed a quick storage unit, went to a different StorQuest location in Lakewood on Colfax at first, did not have a good experience at all, but then came to the location on Isabell in Golden, and Crystal was absolutely awesome. Helped me get exactly what I needed, quickly, and with great customer service. What started off as me being an unhappy client because one location had 0 staff with the door locked AN HOUR after they were supposed to open(already had a reservation for 9 am) turned into an amazing experience and now I'm a life long customer. Crystal was so helpful and knowledgeable, I will have my storage units wherever she is the manager at! Highly recommend the Isabell location read more

I secured a unit online. Completed process in office. Gentleman in office (manager) seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns of seeking out an available unit that is south facing, to receive sun light and warmth through the day for better working conditions. Uninterested and bored as in I'm making his job difficult as opposed to an opportunity to be helpful and reflect customer service. We DID find and sign for a south facing 10'x20' unit as I requested. I pulled in my automobile, then pulled it out, and unfortunately the unit was to small. When returning to the office a south facing 10'x25 was secured however because I was "In the system" financial promotions were lost. So don't work with the uninterested manager that sure isn't going the extra mile to show you a unit before signing, because the sight unseen unit that I secured, 5 minutes later deemed too small, caused a loss of more than $150 to me. I'll be leaving in 30 days what was once a well ran storage location. Yes, this was the third time I've been a customer of this Golden/Isabell location but it'll be the last. read more
