I specifically sent them a list of what was priority to move a few days before. The guys showed up on time. They looked over the items, rooms, and truck then they got to work. The guys finished in the promised amount of time, packaged and wrapped things really well. We even did some prep work by wrapping and placing things in the living room. Next thing we know, they have already wrapped and loaded the washer and dryer very quietly and quickly. We were shocked. Would highly recommend using them! Unfortunately there is a new woman running the place and she is terrible. The quality of the grounds has been declining since she took over. Large garbage items sit outside of units for days or weeks. The alleys don't get plowed every time it snows , and they stopped putting down salt (both things they did when the other gentleman managed the place), so it gets icy . I have to put my own salt down in front of my unit so I don't slip on ice when I'm trying to get heavy tools and materials before work. The biggest issue is security. One of the gates has been broken and left wide open at all times, for anyone walking down the street to see and come in at any hour. When I asked about this I got rude emails back. When I asked to speak to someone higher up than her, she refused to give me anyone's info.... Who do you talk to about a problem when the problem is the manager? When I mentioned to her that the quality of the facility was declining, she got petty and went back though records to "call me out" on things she perceives as issues. I was told there is a service call in, but the gate is left swung wide open at night, and has been for days, how long does it really take to get a locksmith out???? They make no effort to secure the facility when they are closed. As soon as I have time in my schedule I will be moving to a more secure facility, with friendlier staff. If this is how much this place has declined in just a few months, I don't want to sit around and see how bad it will really get. The owners should really think about finding someone better to manage this facility, especially at the prices they charge.

The former owners and staff were consistently gracious and friendly. Unfortunately, the experience has changed significantly under the new ownership. The service feels mediocre at best, and the added charges--such as $2 to print a return label and another $2 just to use their tape to seal a small box unless you purchase a full roll--make customers feel nickel-and-dimed. For better service and a more customer-friendly experience, I'd recommend going to UPS or FedEx instead.

They also used less materials which brought the quote down by a few hundred bucks so that was awesome. They even helped me move a heavy item I already had in my garage up to my main floor off the clock! They also purposefully left out an item that I previously broke and forgot to pack myself so that it did not get lost in the move. I love all of the work they are doing for their nonprofit and was happy to hear that my money will be going back into that. They just did my move today so I haven't unpacked yet, but I haven't noticed any damages so far to the furniture. The reviews really do speak for themselves and they will have a customer for life.

Love how they use local Street Name signs for the aisles! There's 3 levels of clean, shiny alleys with comfort from the air conditioning or heat during seasons. DOUBLE WIDE ENTRIES on 2 sides! The management is slow to fix problems, which have included the building and elevator access system (down for weeks), broken elevators, and broken carts. My 10' X 10' unit was actually 8.5' X 10', and my monthly rental fee, which started in the $80's when I first moved in after the building was completed ballooned to $209, and after I vacated was going to increase to $235! They did give me a one-month break on my rent when the access system was down, but refused to lower my $209 monthly rate. I found the same size unit at StorQuest for $59/mo., saving me $150/mo.! My advice: Store your unit contents such that you can move out without too much pain & strain when the monthly rate becomes unbearable, which it will here.

Least amount of damage to any furniture or belongings I've ever had, and that's three trucks worth of stuff. They were super efficient, but made sure to take care of everything. We got the full pack and move option and they put my entire family at ease. They did all this and they kept it under the military budget - insane value! The package did not arrive Friday, and they did not attempt to deliver it on Saturday as well. My son, called Miami Fex Ex and was told the package was in their Miami container and would be delivered Monday! Denver Fed ex , looking at his computer screen, which I couldn't see, lied to me telling me Miami fed ex had tried to deliver the package on Friday but the business was closed. It was going to a house and fed ex would have just left it on the stoop. Fed ex wouldn't have put the package back in the container, it would have stayed at the local Miami office for delivery the next day ALL LIES FROM EITHER THE DENVER CLERK OR WHAT WAS POSTED AT FED EX.COM. USE THE POST OFFICE!! AVOID FED EX, UNRELIABLE!! "When it absolutely positively has to get there the next day". UNESS IT DOESN'T GET THERE THE NEXT DAY! THEN THEY LIE
