I've used this center for various reasons including printing, shipping and passport photos. The staff has been helpful and friendly. USE THE POST OFFICE!!! This Wednesday, 11/24/21 the day before Thanksgiving, I paid the top price, $72, for a one pound package to be delivered Friday 11/26/21 by 4:30 pm, shipping from Denver to Miami. The package did not arrive Friday, and they did not attempt to deliver it on Saturday as well. My son, called Miami Fex Ex and was told the package was in their Miami container and would be delivered Monday! Denver Fed ex , looking at his computer screen, which I couldn't see, lied to me telling me Miami fed ex had tried to deliver the package on Friday but the business was closed. It was going to a house and fed ex would have just left it on the stoop. Fed ex wouldn't have put the package back in the container, it would have stayed at the local Miami office for delivery the next day ALL LIES FROM EITHER THE DENVER CLERK OR WHAT WAS POSTED AT FED EX.COM. There isn't a name on my receipt to call out the employee by name, but I had to ship back a phone to my corporate office using their account last night. I always do my best to be polite and professional, but from the get-go, this older gentleman made it his goal to make the process as difficult as possible for me. I provided everything he asked for to prove I was who I said, and he proceeded to do everything he could not to be helpful or courteous. Was trying to drop off a ground package, which they apparently don't accept. Gentleman was extremely rude about it, like I was causing him an inconvenience to have to tell me that information. Was not helpful at all, and rude. read more

Extremely condescending customer service Held my package for ten days never tried contacting me even though they had my info. They were unable to deliver my package to my mailbox center that wad located 3 blocks away cause they for some reason had no forwarding information and couldnt find address since they moved to the otherside of shopping center a whopping 300 ft away. Last time I will ever waste my money on printing services at this establishment. The quality may be even worse than the absurd prices. You can get 4 times the quality for 4 times less the money almost anywhere else. Do not print here. read more

Found out that a retired elderly woman had the unlucky chance of receiving a shipment from Fedex. I went over to her home to help her with some sentimental work, only for her to tell me a disgusting tale about what had happened to her. Fedex came to deliver a box to her home, even though she left a marker exactly where shipments could be placed on her front porch. She showed me that the FedEx worker had put a box on her door and then forced it close. She showed me how the bottom half of the door had been snapped and would no longer close. Due to her door being unable to shut it snaps back and forth when the wind blows almost to the point of shattering the glass window panes! She is an older woman who has hardly any money to spend on fixing something that should have never ever been broken, to begin with. This is a woman who volunteers her time helping people in need and asks for nothing in return yet now she must pay for in full for this mistake. I will indefinitely tell all my students and workers to avoid FedEx and go elsewhere for printing and shipping. I used to love you guys and would recommend you for printing services to all my graphic design students but I am abhorrently disgusted by what has transpired, and I hope you make this right. read more

I had a terrible experience at a third-party shipping location. I went to this fedex office, and the service was INCREDIBLE. They helped me carry in my packages, they fixed the botched shipping labels from the previous store, and they got the packages shipped out the same day. A great location with the best service around! read more

Here is what should happen when you miss a delivery to your home due to a signature requirement: 1) The note left on your door clearly states when and where you can pick it up the same day if you don't want to wait (like me, eager to get a new iPhone in my hot little hands), or gives you the option of signing and leaving the note out for the following day's delivery. 2) You call the 800# to verify that this will REALLY be where your package is at said time before making the trip, and you are not placed on hold, and in fact the person determines the exact location of your package and lo and behold it's actually at the pick-up facility early. In addition, the person apologizes for the inconvenience because the signature requirement was not noted during the order process. 3) You drive to a pick-up facility that is less than fives miles from home rather than BFE, whose hours (till 7pm!) are noted on the slip and confirmed by the customer service agent. 4) Plentiful parking. 5) Short line - in and out in under five minutes. Lesson learned: UPS stands for Useless Package Shippers. read more

Worst customer service ever. 2nd day air package shipped 11/27 to be delivered 12/2. Snow caused service interruption so should have been delivered 12/3. Called 800# 12/4 because package had not been delivered, Promised 12/5 delivery. No delivery 12/5. Called 800# 12/5, promised 12/6 delivery. No delivery 12/6. Called Arvada center 12/6. Promised delivery 12/7. No delivery 12/7. Called Arvada 12/7 the man on the phone told me my package wasn't due until 12/9. I drove to the Arvada center and asked to pick up my package. The same angry old man that was on the phone told me it wasn't due til Monday 12/9 and told me if I came back at 12:15 he could go look for it (they close at 12:00). Finally a gentleman offered to check on it for me and brought it up front. After making me wait nearly 20 minutes the curmudgeon at the counter finally checked me out and gave me my package. If I could, I would never use Fedex again! Unfortunately some of my distributors use them and I don't have a choice. read more
