Near this UPS and never had any issues there. Today I went at 1:55 PM and the sign of the window said open, which matches the hours posted. As I pulled up I saw an 8 1/2 x 11 paper taped to the door that said closed for lunch from 2 to 240 because I driven over there I thought I'd try to see if they could help me with my return in the five minutes before they closed for lunch. When I walked up another customer walked out of the UPS and said "it's weird there's no one in there even though there's five minutes until two." As he said that a worker came out of the back yelling "we aren't helping customers right now. We are trying to eat lunch." The unnecessary yelling was rude and off putting. read more

This is a very small store in a very busy location. I did not realize that when I made an appointment for notary services, here. The people who work here are kind and doing their best, but this place has too much traffic and not enough space to maintain safe COVID distancing. There really isn't much effort being made to space people out. There is a significant wait for all services, even with an appointment. Recommend using larger stores with safer practices. read more

I come here pretty often and never experienced a situation like this before. After the holidays I had some returns from Amazon, I brought them in and no one acknowledged me until a few minutes and finally told me to come to the register. The cashier who assisted me was named Bethany. I come from the hospitality industry and was truly taken back by how she treated me. The packages I gave her were an inconvenience, she huffed and puffed at any question or statement I made, stomped her feet and rolled her eyes. I had to pay for packaging though it very specifically states on Amazon "no need to package or box these items up" Bethany provided no sort of explanation for this. When I said thank you she didn't even look at me or say goodbye. If you look at my Yelp account you will see this is my first review I have ever left. I understand people typically go on the internet to leave negative reviews. I never have, but this situation really bothered me. It bothered me even more when the credit card machine said "you're friendly sales associate is Bethany", she was very far from friendly. This level of service doesn't even deserve 1 star. I gave 2 stars because I have never experienced this in all the times I have come. I will continue to come here because of my other good experiences and the proximity to my home. I just went by to drop off packages and I was really disappointed in how they are dealing with coronavirus mitigation. You have to manually open the door which means all customers HAVE to touch the same surface. Also, once inside, the area where workers interact with customers is not protected by plexiglass-- that is next to you, but most of the interaction happens by the scale where there is no protection. And my biggest complaint is that the worker wasn't wearing her face mask-- it was on her chin! So not ok. At least make sure your workers are compliant. And in good weather, block the door open to create airflow and stop all customers from having to open the door. Or install an Ada accessible button on the door. I will drive out of my way to find a different way to ship! read more

Piss poor customer service. UPS delivered a package to my house intended for a house in the next street over. Trying to work with the app or website is great if there is a problem with YOUR package. So I called this store to enquire who I needed to contact to remedy the situation. The rude young, I assume, gentleman told me to bring it in and then they would deal with it. So I was supposed to waste my time and gas to fix their F up. I told him(?) it was the responsibility of UPS to fix it, not mine. The little jerk hung up on me. I called back and an equally rude young female (?) answered, did the same thing. This generation of "service workers" don't know the meaning of the words customer service. The people here are very rude. Poor service comes from poor management and from my experience the owner Dennis. After being treated rudely for asking a question I was threatened to be refused service. I asked why I can't ask questions and was told it's the way I asked. I called the store to speak to Dennis the owner and was told he would not be back to call me for 5 days. But to return and get my package because she spoke to the owner and will not ship my box. They obviously spoke to Dennis to cover their backs skew what happened in their favor. So Dennis the owner cares less how his customers are treated then to operate in a professional manner and hear both sides. Maybe he needed to talk to his employees and improve his customer service. Oh and Tracy the manager acts very sweet but she turns into a nasty person with poor communication skills and customer service as well. Most likely why the store employees are rude and unfriendly I see how he has a really poor rating for his store. They actually did me a favor. I went to the post office and saved $8. So not only a horrible experience they are expensive. I brought 2 pairs of shoes to the UPS store in Arvada, Co to be returned to. I did not have packing tape so I put both pairs of shoes in the same box, printed out the label provided by the seller, and brought everything to UPS. The employee at UPS stated that he would tape up the box for me and affix the label. Today I received an email from the seller stating that they received only one pair of shoes! This can only mean that someone at this UPS facility actually took a pair of shoes out of the box, closed up the box, affixed the label, and shipped it! When I contacted the store, they would give me no assistance, stated that they had no manager or supervisor on site, and would not give me the name/contact info for the franchise owner. I am shocked and disheartened to think that UPS has thieves working for them. When I think of some of the classified information (i.e. shredding, faxing, etc.) that I (and my company) have brought here-YIKES! I will never be using this facility again. Beware! read more

Every time my box came up for renewal, they would close it and start returning my mail to the sender. Once in a rare while they would call me and ask if I wanted to renew. I couldn't seem to get them to just automatically do it. When I finally came to close out my box after moving out of town, it was a Sunday. Turns out they're no longer open on Sundays. I couldn't get them to forward my mail, them saying that the manager had to do it and the manager was not there. This happened three different times. They had their door locked 3 minutes before it should have been and the lady inside (who is always a nightmare to work with) just put her hands up and shrugged. I admit, we all get frustrated with last minute customers, but sometimes things happen and that's just when you can make it. You still need to honor your hours of operation. If I had several things to accomplish I wouldn't have even tried, fully understanding I would need to come back with enough time to d, but I had a prelabeled package completely ready to go. Now I have to make an entire truck come all the way to me to pick up a package that was completely ready and required zero effort on their part. I understand the need to try and justify, but that simply isn't true. Perhaps your clocks are off and that is the reason the doors are constantly closed early. I really like this location. I do a lot of international shipping for work, which I am not good at figuring out on my own. The staff here is always patient and finds me the best shipping available. (2014) I also appreciate that while they are typically very busy when I am there, they try to acknowledge each customer as they enter the store. I called, trying to find a box large enough for the item I was shipping. First, the employee couldn't figure out what sized boxes they have. I told her the dimensions of what I needed to ship and she said, "No, we don't have that." I asked what sizes they do have and she took a second and got on the computer. Then she said, "six by six by six." I said, "Six what? What measurement?" She said, "It doesn't say." I asked her to read me the rest of the numbers, and when she said "30 by 30 by 30," I said, "Ok, so you have boxes that are 30 inches cubed?" She said yes. I drove all the way over there. They were out of that size. The employees clearly need some serious training. read more
