Secure but still easy to access. -They allow after hours access until 9pm using a coded gate. This was a hard feature to find in Denver proper but it allowed me to move on Weekdays after work. 2. They could have made a lot more money off me by taking advantage of a situation and they didn't. -I had to push back my moving date a few days and instead of charging me for a whole extra month or even a half month they only charged me a daily rate for the few extra days. They knew I had no other option than to extend my storage rental and could have totally taken advantage of this fact but they didn't. 3. Very personable. -They called me half way through my storage time to see how everything was going and if I was happy with their place. That was above and beyond thoughtful. 4. They place was SUPER CLEAN!! 5. Location was ideal and super easy to access. Use Urban Self Storage! Its the best!

Why spend so much money to rent a unit at this place when there is no security and zero help from ownership and management when you have the contents of your unit stolen. Be careful if you choose this place. Update: Aurora PD contacted the storage facility to get video surveillance, but was told they don't have any surveillance. So, the storage facility is either telling a lie to the Aurora PD or they actually don't have video surveillance. Either way, they are lying because their website states the following: "Our well-lighted facility is excellently maintained with state of the art video security system." As you will see from other reviews, theft is common at this facility and they say the same thing - file a police report. Zero help from the storage facility, terrible. Shameful business.

No joke, I felt as though I was having family help me move my stuff. The crew actually asked me if I needed any help with anything else and helped me put up heavy mirror and mount my TV over my fireplace. They even left and came back just to go get the tools necessary to help me out with the mounting. I am so grateful and although moving can be stressful, I don't think I'll mind it a bit next time around because I know I have my team.

When I pointed out they were scratching the wood floors while moving the refrigerator, the lead guy yelled at me and said if I didn't like it they would leave. I was there to help the buyers move in. Their movers were on the way to the house. But when they arrived the seller's stuff was still everywhere and their truck was in the way. Ultimately, the buyers paid their movers to help the sellers guys get finished and get out of the way. Note all the promises on the truck. Hmmm. Don't believe the "stress-free line!"
