I have 3 storage units with them and called to reserve a 4th. They assured me that they would hold it for 24 hours. I stop by the next day and they gave it to someone else (early in the morning) with out even calling me. It was not like they forgot that it was reserved, the person at the front desk asked their manager and he told him to sell it even though it was promissed to a loyal customer 10 hours before. I can not believe they did not even attemp to contact me given that I have 3 storage units with them. They just lost a loyal customer.
