How are there ZERO maps of the layout anywhere???? ZERO signage of which way to XYZ # units .... And absolutely NO ONE to help either in the office or via phone when they have signs all over that say 24/7 assistance!!!????!!!! I finally found my unit after a half an hour and was surprised that it was in a much older almost hidden area because all of the other areas were bright and new! I don't understand why a new customer would be placed in this area and specifically without any directions or instructions on how to find the unit. And their app .... smh. The only thing it was useful for was showing me my gate code because everything else was a fail. If my next visit and overall experience is better I'll update the review but if not ... 2 stars it is.

I rented a beat up 17' truck from them last week. The steering wheel had to be turned 45 degrees to…read morego straight and i was given LESS than 1/4 tank of gas. I started it up the following morning to back it into place to load up. After loading i had to drop off furniture at my parents house. When we tried to leave to drop off the rest of the furniture at my storage unit the truck would not start and needed to be jumped. Once completed at the storage unit we had to jump it again. I called and asked if i could bring it back instead of putting the $10 worth of gas needed so as not to risk jumping it, they replied sure. Once back at uhaul they said i had to top it off or pay $55. I then filed a complaint with uhaul corporate. I never got a response from uhaul Burlington in reference to the complaint (they have 3 business days to reply). I called uhaul corporate to ask why i never got a call back from Burlington and was told that the Burlington location stated they spoke to me and that it was my fault the battery kept dying.
