Since I purchased the vehicle, I had always taken it to Kia dealerships because I trusted certified Kia technicians to service my car properly. They replaced the front brake pads and I picked up my car. At first, I did not notice anything unusual, but after a few months I realized that I had to press the brake pedal almost all the way to the floor to stop the vehicle. I wanted to go to the service center right away. But I couldn't, because of school, I could not return immediately, but once summer arrived, I took the vehicle back. At that point my vehicle had around 53,000 miles and the braking issue had become serious. The car would not stop properly unless I pressed the brake pedal almost completely down. I explained my concerns to the service department and they inspected the vehicle. The employee assisting me first told me that I needed to replace the rear brakes. I responded that during my most recent oil change, which had only been a few months earlier, the dealership's own inspection report stated that my rear brakes were in very good condition. After I pointed that out, another recommendation was given. The employee named Tim then told me that I should replace the brake fluid. That was the moment I became suspicious. First I was told one thing, then something different. Later, the same employee told me that when I get into the car, I should pump the brake pedal and that the braking would improve, and that this was considered normal. While my vehicle was still under warranty, I visited another Kia dealership. However, they told me that because the brake pad replacement had not been done at their location, they would inspect the issue but would charge a diagnostic fee. I decided not to pay and left. I asked multiple people afterward and was told that if the brake fluid still looked clean and remained full, it might not actually be the issue. I continued driving the vehicle. At around 58,000 miles, my rear camera failed. I had a long discussion with the dealership about that issue as well. At first they said it was software-related, but eventually they replaced the camera. Now my vehicle has reached around 70,000 miles and the brakes have become much worse. About a week ago, during an oil change, another employee again told me that changing the brake fluid would solve the issue. But when I returned later (after three days) , I was finally told that the brake master cylinder had failed. I asked them why they did not tell me this when I originally came in at around 53,000 miles and explained that this issue was not new. The employee checked the records in the computer system and confirmed that yes, I had previously visited and that recommendations had been made. Those recommendations were exactly the ones I described above. That was the moment I felt something was wrong. My impression was that they may have already had enough information to investigate this issue more seriously earlier, but instead I was repeatedly given different recommendations while the vehicle was still under warranty. Now I am being asked to pay around $900 for the repair. At this point, I feel like I have been left carrying the cost of a problem that I reported much earlier. I feel disappointed and misled by how this situation was handled. I feel like a victim! In addition, I am preparing to take them to court. My advice to future buyers: if you are purchasing a new vehicle and want to avoid experiences like this, DON'T BUY A KIA. Its parts break down very quickly and Kia's service department doesn't seem particularly eager to fix this. I am sharing service records and photos as well. I covered the VIN number and personal information. I hope sharing my experience helps future car buyers make informed decisions

No advance notice. No contingency plan. No attempt to make the situation right. This left our family completely stranded on moving day. We were required to vacate our apartment due to the end of our lease, and this company abandoned us at the last possible moment with all of our belongings packed and nowhere to turn. What was even more disappointing was the complete lack of support that followed. No alternative crews were offered. No referrals. No meaningful assistance whatsoever. We were simply told they would not be showing up. When I asked to speak with the owner, the manager, Drew, refused to connect me and stated that the owner would call me in two days. As a business owner myself, I was shocked by the lack of accountability and customer service. When your company creates an emergency for a customer, the least you can do is make yourself available and work toward a solution. Reliability is the single most important quality in a moving company, and unfortunately, this company demonstrated that they cannot be counted on when it matters most. Our experience was unprofessional, stressful, and completely unacceptable.

August 21, 2024…read more I just want to mention how much I like dealing with East Coast Cycle Center in Bensalem, Pa. I purchased a new 2023 Can-Am Spyder RT Sea to Sky. It is their top of the line reverse trike. I dealt with Mike ( Sales Manager ) and had a wonderful experience, as usual. I have purchased 6 trikes from them over the years. I keep going back because of the great service and parts department. Anything I need they will have in just a few days if not in stock. I went there today and told them that the shock that holds up the drivers seat doesn't work. It keeps falling down. The service dept said they will order the part and will install it when it comes in a few days from today. That is what I consider good service and great customer relations. When I purchased the trike Mike gave me a free drivers backrest at no charge to close the deal. That's worth $359 plus installation. The backrest arrived 4 days later and they installed it immediately. A couple months later I noticed that the right front black inner fender broke off at the lower joint. They ordered the part and again it arrive a few days later. They initial charge was $277 for the labor. It might have happened as a road hazard where something hit it, but I don't know. Mike spoke to the service department and they didn't charge me anything. I will always buy from them and recommend them to anyone who is interested in a Can-Am Spyder or any other vehicle they sell. Kudos to the owner, sales staff, service department and parts. They are the best. Gordon L. Delanco, NJ.

The told me that I needed various filters which was fine. Then they told me that my brakes had 6mm which generally means that you have about 70% left. But it gets even worse; they said the boots on my sway bar links were torn (mind you these were already replaced by my local mechanic less than a year ago). So I was shocked. A week later a went back to my local shop and they personally showed me that the boots on the sway bar links were in perfect condition. The brakes however needed to be replaced in the front. Totally opposite from Holman's service department. I trust my local shop because they have been monitoring my brakes for several months to keep me updated on their condition. During this time I answered their survey. I expressed to them that their technician was either incompetent or corrupt. I received a phone call from one of their "managers" and I told him exactly what happened. The icing on the cake was that he offered no apology nor did he try to rectify anything. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SKIP HOLMAN TOYOTA FOR ANY KIND OF SERVICE. FIND YOURSELF A GOOD LOCAL MECHANIC AND AVOID HOLMAN LIKE THE PLAGUE! Oh they are very polite while they are ripping you off! Oh also forgot that they also tried to hustle me for a "fuel system cleaning" which is almost always a scam! Never again!! Good riddance!
