I went to Public Storage in Marlton Nj rt 73 to see what was offered. I was greeted by Tracy. She as very helpful and after talking about my preference and needs she found a unit available at the Berlin NJ Public Storage. Size, placement and price was excellent. I had considered other companies for storage and because of Tracy I stayed with Public Storage and put that unit on hold. I m a customer because of Tracy and want you to know she cared she was friendly and knowledgeable. I would like her acknowledged for her customer service. Kudo to Tracy!! read more

Even in the midst of a pandemic my move into storage was flawless. I was able to reserve the space I needed online. Express checkin was available so all I had to do was show up with my ID, sign a few things, pay up and go on about my life. The facility is super tight for a uhaul. Luckily the professional movers know how to drive the trucks. Otherwise it would have been interesting. Also I'm fairly certain at some point it was mentioned that the facility is available 24/7 which isn't the case. But I'm not impacted by it so no big deal. read more

H e you stopped to help those customers that may be in that situation?? Have you offered any sort of assistance. NO!!! Instead you send nasty texts in how someone is 1 day late in making their payment. You are overpriced and your grounds need an update. I started out looking at this facility while shopping price, as do most people. They were at the top of the list for best price. I wanted to look at a couple of different units to get the best fit for my needs and Jenn, the property manager made this very easy to do. The facility is clean, secure and monitored, all of which are important to me. The company has a very good reputation and has been in the business from the beginning so they have all the best practices worked out to make it easy and efficient. The property manager, Jenn explained all the options, how everything works, got me set up, checked in and ready to go without any issues. She is GREAT! I highly recommend this location. read more

They rack up the rates by 25% within a few months of starting with no warning then they tell you they will send the increase to corporate for review which of course is denied. Don't rent here! read more

I have never used a storage facility before, so I was not sure what to expect. After a short wait in getting the proper paperwork ready (there was an issue with their system), everything went smoothly. I would have given them a 5 star if they hadn't tried to charge me for a full month when I closed the account on the 2nd of the month. I wasn't informed about when the auto pay would be cancelled nor the charge. When speaking to the representative she just told me she couldn't do anything about it-unresonable!! read more

I rented storage space from Public Storage a few times in New Jersey and California. This location would increase every few months to an outrageous price for the size. I moved my belongings into a smaller unit to try and save money. I saved money for a few months but within a year I was above what I had paid in the larger space. I asked for a garbage dumpster to throw things in and they did not have them so I had to get a moving truck to take the belongings I was getting rid of to my local trash dump. When I cleaned out I found some mouse poop and my furniture had been moldy from moisture getting in my unit. The final day I went to take my belongings out, I asked for a basic trash can to throw something out. She informed me they didn't have one for the public. So after 5 years and thousands of dollars to your company, I can't throw out a bag of trash? I will NEVER be going back to Public Storage again! What ever happened to customer service? All they want is money, money, money. read more

Great manager . I was so stressed that I couldn't even think, when my new apartment wasn't big enough to move into. He figured out what I needed by talking to my mover who was enroute, got me the best possible discounts, and even started looking for possible movers for me to use when I would eventually be able to move my belongings out. After everything was put into the storage units, he was nice enough to check and see how I was doing. Who could ask for more? I can recommend this facility with the utmost confidence. read more

Don't hesitate to rent here! After countless online searches for the best facility to obtain, Public Storage in Marlton on Rt. 70 is the one. The facility is easy to access and most importantly it is secure and spotless. The staff at this location (Jamie) simply awesome and accommodating. Cindy, is Fabulous. She handled my paperwork. She is so patient, it's an understatement. She addressed all my concerns and advised me regarding packing materials to use. Couldn't ask for anything more from the staff or this facility. read more

i have read some of the reviews and it does not even come close to my experience. Pipes leaking from the third floor inside unit that nobody knew how to handle and cannot even be addressed for days while water leaks into the unit. Answers to the most basic questions are met with "I don't know". The elevators do not work properly. The prices keep rising. It is difficult to believe what are horrible experience one can have with the simple rental of a storage space. read more
