Place is trash. Literally! There are glass bottles and trash all over back lot area. The lots are…read moregravel and grass which is cut on average once a month and if it rains or snows, your vehicle is stuck unless you have wood planks handy. Staff morale suck and they have no manners or concern for customer issues. Lastly and most importantly, a random customer who has access to the property sabotaged my work truck that I had parked in the back lot of the facilities gated property for 6 months. This low life of a scumbag Put grass and gravel in my diesel gas tank for no apparent reason! I've Never had words with anyone there. Never even saw to my neighbors I parked by either. Just pure hatred and envy towards me when I've done no wrong to no one there during my stay. I told the property manager and she says" the cameras work but you were in a area that camera's can't reach & also we can't do anything because your contract says park at own risk. Contact your private insurance company for damages." I was ready to say "B*tch, f*ck you and this bullshit company you work for and it was probably one of you salty h*es who did this because I call and express my issues with this facility so often!" but I just simply told her they need to do better as a company when it comes to customer service and customer issues in order to retain good customers whom are wronged while there and took my business elsewhere! Moral of the story, If you don't care about your properties safety and you don't care about the gates not opening due to mechanical maintenance issues and you don't care about employees having an attitude because they work at a storage place and you interrupting there Netflix show they are watching on their phone, then this is the place for you! Next stop, better business bureaus for a little chat about this hell hole of a facility! -Disgruntled ex tenant!

There isn't any outside access, all units are indoors and climate controlled... You can also store your vehicles and RV's here... This facility is much cleaner than all the others I've had... RODENTS This has…read morebeen by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had, and I strongly advise anyone -- especially veterans or service members -- to stay far away from this place. Let me break it down: * The manager coerced me into writing a 5-star review before I even got access to my unit or a lease contract. Spoiler alert: I was never given that lease contract. * I was hit with two foreclosure fees within two months, even though I was actively in communication with them about my account. * I was harassed daily by staff, being told I needed to come close my unit -- even after I had spoken directly with the district manager and scheduled a move-out date. * I went away for a month on military orders, and they still demanded I provide proof again, despite having already submitted documentation when I first signed up. Total lack of respect. * When I arrived to close the unit, the front desk employee Rachel made an unprofessional and inappropriate comment: "Oh, you are not what we expected you to look like." Not sure what that was supposed to mean, but it was rude and unnecessary. And the worst part: when I finally opened my unit, it was completely covered in mouse droppings, and many of my belongings were chewed through and ruined. I have photos of the damage. I was never informed of rodent problems, nor was I offered any pest control or help addressing the issue. After all of that, I still had to pay to close my unit. Here's the kicker: the district manager told me she would issue a refund and call me back while I was standing there. After waiting for 10 minutes, the front desk staff casually came back and said, "Yeah... that's not going to happen." No call. No refund. Just blatant dishonesty. Also, for context: I started renting at $30/month. That price mysteriously increased over time until I was paying over $100/month, with no real explanation or justification. This place is disorganized, dishonest, and unprofessional. I'm filing a complaint with consumer protection and exploring legal options. If you care about your belongings -- or being treated with basic respect -- look elsewhere
