FIrst of all, I put out a call on my Facebook asking for recommendations, and four separate people recommended Leo. How could I go wrong? I got estimates from 3 movers, and Leo was the cheapest. In fact, they were so very much cheaper that it raised a red flag with me... I was sure the other movers knew something Leo didn't, but I ignored my gut instinct and went with Leo because so many people I trusted recommended them. I won't ignore my gut instincts again. First of all they were late showing up, but traffic happens so I wasn't too upset about that. But when the guy came out to do the estimate, I asked him to include an estimate for packing up my kitchen, which he did. But the first thing the guys told me when they showed up was, "We don't actually do that." Then they very graciously told me if I packed it myself, they woudln't charge me for it. Thanks ever so much!! So I ended up having to pack the kitchen myself, which if I had known that was going to happen I would have been packing it up bit by bit over time the way I packed everything else instead of freaking out trying to get it done in an hour. My back was absolutely killing me by the time I was done. Plus, they left 4 HUGE gouges in the wall while they were moving stuff, gouges the size of my hand. I also asked the guy who did the estimate to send me a contract to sign because I wanted some legal protection in case something (like the gouges) happened. He told me the crew would give me something to sign the day of the move. When I asked the crew chief about it, he looked at me like I had 2 heads and said there was no contract. Just very unprofessional all around, but what could I do? The closing was the next day, it's not like I could tell them to go away and get another mover in there. I won't be using them again.

I called this place 2 weeks ago and ordered a hitch for my vehicle and made an appointment to have…read moreit installed. I was told they would have to order it in and we set the date for installation. I called last week just to make sure all was going well. The woman I spoke to said they had to order the hitch. (I already knew that). I said that I understood. A week later I called to see if it came in and to make sure all was in order. I called today and spoke to the original woman on the phone and she informed me that the hitch wasn't in and that I should have been called to inform me that the hitch would take a month to come in. (Anyone else see a problem here?) She asked if I left a deposit I told her that I was never asked for one but would have gladly given one. At this point I finally caught on that it probably was never ordered because I didn't leave a deposit. So I cancelled called a competitor. I had to give them my build date, he told me they were in stock but had to be ordered through the company and it was guaranteed to be in next week. I had them order it and they'll come to where I work to install it. So thanks for ignoring me uhaul. I'm a serious buyer that you've lost business with. I don't normally write reviews but I did give you 2 opportunities for the sale. I know it's not a big ticket item but I was a buyer.
