I went into this site in January on a whim to get some space back in my garage. The staff were so…read morefriendly and did not pressure us at all so I just went ahead and rented a unit on the spot. I was pleasantly surprized that it took less than 10 minutes to get it all done and signed up. Usually with these places when you move out is the true test, I had to move to Seattle for work suddenly, so came March I had to move out and the service I got was just amazing. Firstly the staff remembered my name and unit number so I did not even have to give that, they found the file in mere seconds and were super helpful with not only getting my movers access to the unit but also went above and beyond and helped me dontate some unwanted goods. Thank you guys for an awesome experience!

I stored here for over a year. This place is very unethical and I would not recommend them for any…read morelong term storage whatsoever. Every few months they would raise their rates on you because of "market conditions". Well, if "market conditions" are causing you to drop your prices on new customers, why are these same "market conditions" increasing the storage fees for current customers. I'm no business major, but that sounds extra scammy to me.... If you need storage for more than the free month they offer, look somewhere else. Business practices are so bad that they have to offer people free storage to walk in the door, and then the world of no-notice rate increases exist. Plenty of other storage options in the area. Reviews of other Extra Space Storage on Southern Dr nearby got blasted in reviews for same business practices. I wonder if this is common with all Extra Space locations. Extra Space, extra BS price increases. That should be their company motto.

Also its very affordable, I was previously at a storage down the street and I was getting rent increases like crazy. My husband likes that its drive up and he can go grab his things quick before going into work. I also recently had a really nice interaction with Joselyn, we had to update our card form and I had a couple of questions and she was able to answer them as clearly as possible. She is a hard working lady I always see her outside cleaning and keeping things in order. I definitely recommend storing here!

American Self Storage is a solid option in the West Mesa area with friendly service and simple…read moreamenities. They don't offer temperature controlled options, but if you're looking to keep things where that is not a concern, it's a solid choice. They offer a variety of sizes. I've used their "indoor" 5 x 15 unit, which allow you to park along the outdoor units and walk through towards a shaded hallway and access your unit. I then moved to a larger, drive up unit that fit my needs much more. Neither of my units have been particularly clean, with small remnants of trash, or dirt. Nothing major, but noticeable. The overall complex is a bit run done, with a rough around edges drive and key code areas. Other than the complex not being the shiniest? It is gated and I haven't had an issues or concerns with my units. Staff is always friendly and helpful when needed.

Here's my experience: Response Speed: they were fast and prompt in scheduling and planning my move a week before the move. Accommodating: movers normally don't like taking jobs on Sunday because it's their rest day, but they still took my job despite it being a Sunday. I wanted to move my car as well, and they were able to add that on for a fair price (lower than a lot of other movers) Quality: Oscar and Jeffrey were fast and careful with my items, everything reached the destination in one piece and no scratches. Not to mention I loved their energy! Above and Beyond: because of the heavy rain on the road to CA the trip got delayed by 2 hours and by the time they reach CA, there were no places to rent trolleys out, so they hand lifted all 30 boxes and furniture to my place instead with no complaints! I really appreciated that Overall 5/5 experience and would recommend to anyone moving within AZ or long distance to Cali/Texas
