I was in the process of making a payment of $1,600 and chose to split the transaction. I initially paid $1,100 using my debit card. Although the employee, Rodrigo, stated that the payment did not go through on his system, the funds were in fact deducted from my bank account. He then instructed me to run the payment again, while casually stating that the money would be returned on Monday. At no point did he properly verify the transaction or provide a professional or apologetic response--instead, he laughed off the situation, which I found extremely disrespectful. As it stands, $1,100 has been withdrawn from my account without being properly applied, and I am now being told to wait days for a resolution. This is unacceptable, especially as a repeat customer who frequently pays for units months in advance. I am requesting: - Immediate confirmation and proof of the refund process for the $1,100 charge - A review of this transaction error and why it occurred - Appropriate action regarding the employee's conduct - Consideration for compensation due to the inconvenience and mishandling of this situation This experience has seriously impacted my trust in your company, and I am now considering moving my business elsewhere. Just to go look at it and see I have been getting charged $20 extra, $15 extra, and even $30 extra on random months with no reasoning or explanation. I have had a storage unit there for over a year and have never been able to get ahold of anyone. Due to all this I reached out to the live chat on their website and emailed to try to cancel my account. After chatting with a virtual assistant I was assured the account was closed. A month later I am receiving notices about a lien for not paying. I have removed my belongings from the storage unit and cleaned it before I contacted them to cancel the unit. The communication is terrible and I haven't been able to get ahold of anyone other than a virtual assistant on their website.

Also had Issues with using my code to access my floor to my storage for about 2 weeks. Ended up cancelling my storage after I received a 3rd notice of price increase to nearly double what it was. And theres constant people roaming around in and out of the floors.
