Online offer said $1 first month, bill sent was still charging first month at full price; called and was told they had no such offers at our chosen location, so first month for $1 was not honored. Scheduled a time to complete paperwork in office & pick up lock for 12:10pm, door was locked, no sign of office staff anywhere and there was no sign on door saying "be back at this time". Ashley did Finally show up after 12:30 but didn't really seem to happy to be there. read more

FIX THE KEYPAD FOR MAIN GATE ENTRY!! The "*" key on the main gate keypad is broken so impossible to get in after office has closed. Property itself is clean but does no good if you can't get in! What a dump. The unit they gave me had a busted garage door that wouldn't stay open without being tied open with rope. The lights for my inside unit did not turn on, and I rented a climate controlled unit but it was cooler outside at 85 degrees than it was inside. To top it off they told me I was paid in full with nothing due till sept. 1, then sent me a bill of $60.00 for what they claim to be prorated for the month of August. When calling the property manager she was rude and when i called her back she quit Answering the phone. This $1 for the first month is actually $1 plus a $22 registration fee plus $17 lock which you have to buy from them and is good for nothing other than their storage unit. Store your stuff elsewhere, and stay far away from public storage. read more

We had no problems with the people that worked there for the first year we had the unit. However, now that we have had the unit for 1 year they raised the rent by $20 which they said they raise it every year and as long as we pay less than the going rate they have the right to do that. We had Cube Smart prior to this and we had that unit for 5 years with no rate increase. As a matter of fact we when left the lady made a comment about us having it so long stating that the current rent was about $30 more than what we were paying. Once you are locked in there it stays that way, not here. We will be out of this unit before the month ends. read more

Taci is normally a nice person however, I guess all good things come to a end. I was there last month and couldn't get the code to work on the gate, well Traci had to come outside in the cold to help with the code box-- she did not like that. You know how when a machine just won't work for you, then when another person attempts to make it work...IT WORKS, making you like an idiot! Well this happened to me and not only did it work when Traci came out, saltiness was added as well. Traci repeated the numbers code numbers back to (while looking back) me like I was 4 years old, " 2. 4. 5. 6., and so on". Traci then said "star" as she pressed the star button; she then stormed back into the "warm" building as she looked back at me (probably saying to herself "dummie"). Consistency is key to great customer service! Bless your heart Traci. read more

Checked out on the 7th of the month. Was advised they would not pro-rate my rent so I paid a full month plus a late fee for 7 days. Completely unwilling to work with me or understand the difficulty in getting moved into a new house and trying to get everything moved out in a timely manner with minimal help. Will never rent from a Public Storage again. read more
