Dropped it off expecting someone to inspect it. The lady behind the counter said "just give me the keys" .... ok that was easy. Wake up the next morning to U-Haul clearing out my debit account with well over $1100 in charges. Somehow they claim we drove the truck 2000 miles in 4 hours. Of course they can't do anything about it because it's Sunday, now it's Monday and we can't speak to a manager and it will take 3-5 business days to clear up their mistake. No one will step up and take responsibility. Customer "non" Service is refusing to allow a manager to talk to us. Never again U-Haul... Never Again!
