My car did not start and I had three options. 1) Call my car's road side assistance 2) Call a local tow or 3) Call another tow company that was further away. I called my car's road side assistance but they wanted to charge me $85 dollars but I had to take the car to a KIA dealership for service. That was not going to happen because they charge 150 dollars an hour just to do a diagnostic. Sorry fellas, I was not born yesterday and I am on a shoestring budget. Next, I called a tow company who shall remain nameless on the south side. They said that they would be at my place in 40 mins. After an hour, there was no sign of a truck. Since I am proactive, I called and the lady said that they were "busy" and they had not forgotten about me....(Yeah right). Finally I called this company. The man said that he would be there in 30 mins. He got there at 25 minutes. The process was quick and charged me 65 dollars to take the car to the local mechanic. It was a great service. Hopefully I will never have to use another tow service to tow my car. However if it does happen nearby my house, I will definitely use their services! read more

STAY AWAY! Monday called for a tow to get my vehicle back home. They said it would be about 30 minutes. They finally picked me up 2 and a half hours later. Two days later when I was ready to have car towed to a repair center I called these guys again. I did it because the driver and his assistant were courteous and knew where my vehicle was. That was a mistake. I called around noon, was told they would be there around 1:30. At 2:30 no show. I called another tower who was there in an hour. All together an entire day wasted. Owner is the problem, as he dispatches crews. He tries to pretend that he is in the truck when on the phone when he is not. So not much hope for improvement here. Price is reasonable, but unless you enjoy sitting in the cold in your car waiting to be picked up or you like wasting time in your home call a reputable service. This one is NOT. read more

My tire blew on the highway and I barely made it to the shoulder. I am new to this area and could barely give Miguel directions as to where I was located on the highway. I was scared and in a very dangerous situation. Miguel found me within 15 minutes of calling and safely towed my car off the dangerous highway. He was very kind and reassuring. Not only did he give me an excellent price, he drove me to a tire store to have them change my tire. Moreover, when the store did not have the tire in stock, he then drove my car further to his own personal garage and changed my tire using my spare for no additional cost (and when I tried to tip his worker for changing my tire, the gentleman didn't even want to accept it!)!!!!! The entire process of blowing the tire out on the highway to me driving away on my spare tire took just under 90 minutes!
