He also worked with me to get things cleared out within the first month so I didn't have any additional fees. Rented a storage place at this facility. Tabitha at the Citrus location was a huge help. She realized that we had a reservation at Anthony's location. Called him up and assisted us. She's great. When we arrived at Anthony's location he was also very courteous and helpful. They have the $1.00 special for the first month with additional fees like insurance, the lock, etc. but it's worth it. He made sure we knew the policy and procedure, that our password worked before leaving and he walked kind enough to walk us out. The customer service that day's was impeccable. Just came in today for the first time. You know how stressful moving can be but what an amazing surprise to find a place to meet experience so much easier. I was blessed to find someone at the front desk named Brenda who is absolutely amazing and may checking in and out a breeze. She took her time to explain to us the inns and out of storage and was really patient with us as she explained to us all the rates. I can't stress enough how much I recommend Brenda and this place I would come back here in a heartbeat. read more

I have stored my stuff with them for about 4 years and they keep increasing the rent. When I first moved in it was only $99 now they have raised is all the way to $227 per month. And If you fall behind they will auction your stuff. BEWARE THINK TWICE before renting a space here. read more

I got a storage there for my mother because she didn't have her ID at the time. The lady there said it was okay for her to use it and she understood that it was mainly her unit even tho it was under my name! I put her down on my contract that's she was using it and she was there for more then 3 hours twice and now I got kicked out and she's not allowed on the property to empty out HER Storage! The managers are a joke and so it the distract manager ! I did not receive a phone call, email, or any form of notice from management about any situation going on. I had to contact them for them to let me know I'm being kick out because the person I Authorized was Loitering on the property when it was her storage and she needed to get things out ! The communication these people have is not up to date smh ! To top it off she only gave me a 5 day notice to empty the storage instead of 10 at least like everywhere else !! I don't recommend this storage to anyone I only been there 3 weeks and the 2 days of me being there they of course messed up and showed me the wrong unit that I signed for because the "MANAGER" messed up. They need to get there shit together and I'm definitely going higher up about this situation because the district manager was not understanding and was just read what was on paper! Not understanding or willing to work with me at all especially knowing that I was not contacted once during all this was going on ! I had to contact them smh ! The worst part is that I'm paid through the end of the month. read more

I had an appointment today with this office and the woman working was rude, snippy and totally unprofessional!!! Instead of reparking our truck after her obnoxious behavior we left and went to Uhaul on Azusa. She needs lessons on how to treat customers!!! read more

I had a residency at this Public Storage for 1 year 1/2. I rented out a small unit (5x5). The unit hall was always clean, no smell, no humidity from weather. Nothing! Everything was perfect! I felt that my stuff was always safe and secured. Every time i went to the office, i always chatted with the main store manager named Anthony. Very kind and always showed to have top management experience. I definitely recommend this location! read more

I had a huge truck that needed access to the facilities. The driver had a hard time pulling in the lanes. Anthony worked out away for the truck to come in through another gate. This all took awhile and Anthony stayed through his lunch to make sure everything worked. Another time he realized we did not lock our unit properly and he reached out right away. His help for a various amount of things has been a major reason I have kept multiple units here, despite my rate increases. Michelle is pretty awesome too! read more

I rented storage space of one size or another from the summer of 2015 until October 1, 2017. The employees at this site, particularly Anthony were always courteous and very helpful. The price of storage and the space itself were just what I needed. I had only one sour experience as I was ending my rental in October (I no longer needed storage after this time). On October 1, I emptied the storage and advised that I was discontinuing use of the storage space. I was told by the employee at the site that I would still be charged for the month of October - the whole month of October. She advised that the system was set up that way and I would have had to notify Public Storage 2 days before the end of the Month in order to avoid the charge. She was correct that that was on the multiple page rental agreement which I had forgotten. I asked her if I could appeal, and she said that she did not have the authority so I asked her for the person who did. She gave me the name and number of the Area Manager who I called that day and left a message. Instead of returning my call, the Area Manager had staff at the Irwindale office call and say that the appeal was denied. This was puzzling since I never had a chance to directly make the appeal so I called the Area Manager again and we were eventually able to speak with each other. From the start the Area Manager made it clear that she had never waived that part of the rental agreement (policy). I asked if Public Storage had ever waived the agreement because of particular circumstances. She said no the company -the entire company- never had. At that point it was clear she was saying whatever would close the conversation. If she had simply told me that my particular circumstances did not warrant waiving the October rental fee based on their policy, it would not have been the hoped for outcome but I would have understood and accepted it. As it was, she told me I had until the 10th of the month to pay the entire month's fee or my account would be delinquent. I paid. Though the experience over the 2 years until the end was good, the last sour note determined me not to use use Public Storage again. read more
