Service was great! Rhonda was was very helpful and very courteous. The facility itself is dirty and filthy. Smells so bad, just so many bad smells. I was moving some things for my grandmother and got treated great as if I been a customer a long time. The lady that helped me out was named Tracy and I told her I'd make a review soon as I had a chance. She was super knowledgeable, helped me find the unit and just overall was great at her job and communication. I made a joke and said she should own this place lol. read more

What a great experience we had at Public Storage. This was the first time renting a storage unit. My Mom moved into an apartment and we had about a house-worth of boxes to go through. We needed some extra time so we chose to store it. I was able to rent the unit online and was helped by Sue when I arrived. Very well laid-out facility, polite and helpful staff, and a clean and covid-sensitive business. We were happy after a long day of hauling. The day I was supposed to move my stuff Into the storage locker I rented, the garage door was broken . I was unable to get into the storage facility. The office was closed, I tried calling the number on the window but only took me to a voice mail. I left a voice mail but never got a call back . I found a different number on the app for the location I was at and got and answer by the I assume site manager . She told me the they were aware of the problem and I would get a call back as soon I the gate was fixed . I never got a call back , so I was unable to move. That was a a waste of time, I had to return all my stuff to where I originally had it stored . read more

I rented a 10x15 space. Never used a storage space before. DownlOded the app before I showed up. Asked the lady at the front desk. She was very helpful. She instructed me what to do how to use the keypad, and told me where to park, how to find my unit. I had another question to ask her, and before i could even ask her about the lock, she told me everything could be found in the welcome packet once i open the unit. She was very helpful. I went here because its close to the house and they have better rates than extra extra storage facility for the size i needed. read more

Poor information is given at this location. I recently vacated a unit and did as instructed by the lady who works at the office, and after vacating my unit 3 days into the month I was charged for an entire month, despite being told I could call customer service to have the difference credited back. The guy from customer service was very rude and insisted on talking over me for the entire conversation. I have had 6 storage units over the years, all with Public Storage and never had an issue with them until now. I would avoid this location at all costs. read more

I would suggest getting insurance if you plan on putting your stuff here..or do yourself a favor and just don't. We had our TV stolen out of our unit when the employees asked us to bring our key in because the storage unit door had been "backed into." They needed to unlock the unit to have someone fix the door - and wouldn't you know it, the TV magically disappeared when they finished fixing the door! Had I known I needed to stand over the staff's shoulder while fixing the door, I would've called in sick and done so. My husband politely asked if they had seen anything on the video surveillance but of course the response was "nothing suspicious to report." Sounds a little suspicious to me, but then again I wouldn't show a customer a video of my staff stealing someone else's belongings either. I feel angry, violated, disgusted and find it all too convenient that the TV was there one moment and gone the next after the key had been requested. Do NOT put anything valuable here and get insurance on your items, because the staff doesn't give a rats ass, if they weren't the ones who stole it then they could have been the least bit helpful in finding out who did. read more

My wife and I are having an issue in which this franchisee is refusing to honor an agreed-upon monthly rental rate. They know that the costs of transitioning rental lockers is high, and I believe they are playing hard ball accordingly. Very poor business practice. I'd stay far away from this franchise (and Public Storage in general). I'll be sure to post an update if we're able to come to an agreement! read more

Do not rent a storage unit here, the facility is not secure. We received a call stating that the storage unit door had been knocked off its track. We made an appointment to come to the unit when they had a locksmith available and found that half of our items had been stolen. The local police confirmed that this is a regular occurrence at this facility. read more
