Enisce & Stephanie were very friendly, courteous, and helpful. These lovely ladies had my contract and payment due lickity split, and I was unloading the truck. They even loaned me a cart to assist me to make my move in easier and for free. Uhaul would have charged $25 for that plus a deposit. Overall, they got me out of a rut and at half the cost of what I was paying for Uhaul storage. Highly recommended and secure facilities with locked gate and cameras everywhere. I was never told that the rate was a promotional rate - if I would've known that, I would've never booked it. We could rent a garage for that! Additionally, there were all sorts of fees that were never disclosed until everything was finalized and I went to pay. Also, I have my own insurance - the person who helped me said we had no choice but to pay for their insurance the first month, but after that, I could just send in my insurance documents and she would take that charge off so the following months I wouldn't be charged. Never happened; I've been charged every month. Just a total scam everywhere you turn. Can't wait to get out of this place.

In only four months, our belongings accumulated $6,000 worth of damage from mold. When we moved out, there was a physical puddle in one of the corners of the unit and wetness on the floor. We made sure the property manager came and saw the condition of the unit. Antiques, furniture, boxes of books, clothes, mattresses, etc. were all covered with mold. We purchased insurance protection through the facility. We submitted a claim 20 days ago, at their recommendation, but they do not want to communicate with us. We call every few days but the property manager, Graciella, does not want to take accountability and consistently ignores our attempts at communication. Other reviews online show a similar experience, to which it seems like this is an unsafe and faulty facility.

I assume they have a universal key that lets them into all the units. There doesn't seem to be a way to use your own lock. 3) They, like many storage places, are very cagey about their prices. They promise low pricing but won't guarantee that it won't increase on a monthly basis. 4) There is a service charge to pay with anything other than a check (EFT, Zelle, etc.)
