Moved in for a rate of about $140. Got a notice in the mail after just 3 or 4 months that the new rate is now going to be $244! I was never told that the rate was a promotional rate - if I would've known that, I would've never booked it. We could rent a garage for that! Additionally, there were all sorts of fees that were never disclosed until everything was finalized and I went to pay. Also, I have my own insurance - the person who helped me said we had no choice but to pay for their insurance the first month, but after that, I could just send in my insurance documents and she would take that charge off so the following months I wouldn't be charged. Never happened; I've been charged every month. Just a total scam everywhere you turn. Can't wait to get out of this place. read more

place is a scam I signed up 3 months ago at their online special rate for $98 It has only been three months and the rate increased $160 I spoke to Ana and Vick both district managers of some sort and gave me the unfortunate blah blah run around nothing they can do. It's in your lease to get increases at anytime. Now I have to pay again for another truck and move it all again. Con artist offer you a good rate. I'm super satisfied with this storage facility. Very clean, friendly employees, all get great reviews. Although I'm not so happy with the annual price increases that pop up every Year...... I'm extremely happy with their employee Victor! VICTOR ROCKS!!! Victor has been my longtime "go to" person. The company cannot imagine just how grateful I've been to him for ALWAYS assisting me!!!! He is well deserved a raise, if not a huge promotion!!!!! I'm actually surprised that he's still in the same position after all of these years... I liked this storage unit because of its accessibility and closeness to our house. They raise the price of the unit every 6 and 12 months. Today I find out they removed all garbage cans and dumpster. So with all the money they charge, you also have to haul out your garbage. I'll be looking to do business elsewhere. read more

I called and reserved a space and that went well. My plan was to arrive when moving things in earlier than I actually got there, Chicago traffic... Anyway, Callie was there, I believe she just started and was a little nervous but she was always professional. I ended up being there after closing hours and she took her time to get me all set up instead of rushing me out of there because it was closing time.
