And I'm not talking about from the promotional rate to the regular rate. From the regular rate, they've raised it twice, for a total of more than $50/month -- $600+ a year! Not only that, but their efforts to be more technology driven make dealing with them a pain. There is no on-premises staff to talk to at any time. You have to stand in an empty lobby and talk to someone remotely over a video call if you need help. They require you to use an app to gain access to anywhere in the building. The lobby, opening the garage door, the restroom, the elevator, etc. But the apps are unreliable and inconsistent. And there's two of them. We were supposed to start using the new one but it doesn't work (the old one still does?). I wish I never moved my stuff in here. I wouldn't recommend this storage unit to anyone.

I witnessed a lady employee with blonde hair on the left side of the counter be extremely disrespectful to a customer. It was uncalled for and so strange I've never seen anything like this before. "Rip the tag off" she yelled to another employee treating her fellow employee with no respect at all. Another customer told me she believed the employee filled with hate and anger was related to the franchise owner. The customer was a nice older gentleman who simply needed a tag printed. The tag is $1 to print and a minimum credit card purchase is $2. The employee was bizarrely filled with anger and hate. As the other employee said no problem we will waive the $1. But the employee filled with rage didn't allow it since she never told the poor old man there was a $1 charge. I walked out after witnessing the crazy incident along with another customer as we both feared for our safety.

The organizers were lovely to work with, so knowledgable, and non-judgmental. They made use of items we already had to help us save money, and provided some guidance to maintain the space. More recently I was faced with a complicated project involving many moving parts in a short time-frame (packing/inventory/coordinating delivery) to move some items out of my Dad's home...while he was terminally ill in the hospital. Now living an hour outside of the city and focused on my Dad's care, I had contacted a couple of different companies I found via Google search who were unfortunately unable to help due to the (understandable) time constraints. When one of them suggested calling Mission 2 Organize (having expanded their business far beyond organization in the years since we last used them) I was hopeful, but cautious to get my hopes up. From the moment I spoke to Maria it honestly felt like a huge weight had been lifted off of me. She was kind, compassionate, and worked hard to get me an estimate quickly and line up everything in the time that was needed. The organizers themselves were nothing short of amazing-thoughtful, efficient, thorough, and truly went above and beyond to (literally) lighten my load so I could stay with my Dad. And the thing is, it was no different than years ago when the stakes were lower and the timeframe was a non-issue. That service is a standard for them, not the exception. Mackenzie was very responsive starting from original quote to appointment day. Because of this they came fully prepared and we feel every minute they used here was optimized to the fullest. They loaded the truck in 40 minutes and were done unloading at the new place within the next hour. All the furniture was wrapped well and they also brought some wardrobe boxes to use for my clothes. The whole process beforehand was super easy, too. The office was friendly and diligent and they let me know about all the extra costs that could come up during the move. I ended up buying my own tape and had some large plastic wrap, so there were no extra costs at the end. I would highly suggest you use these guys!!
