While it seemed impossible to move, they found some inner strength and were able to lug it to the car. I believe lesser movers would have refused the task, but they were up to any challenge. They were also super careful, wrapped everything beautifully, were kind and polite throughout, and did no damage to either house. I asked them for a quote, gave them the pick-up and drop-off addresses and they told me a dollar amount based on the move taking an hour (I don't have a lot of stuff - it's just heavy). Then when the guys came to my house, they gave me a full breakdown and charged me almost double what the quote was. I was shocked because the quote they had given me over the phone was completely unrealistic. They gave me a quote based on a one-hour move when they charge for the distance between locations and it takes an hour just to get from the pick-up location to the drop-off. They did not explain their pricing clearly and were dishonest about the quote to get my sale. When I spoke to the manager and customer service rep about this, they were adamant that they gave a low-end and high-end quote which they did not. If they had given me the higher quote, I wouldn't have moved forward with the sale. The guys who came to my house told me that they do this often to get sales, and it's only when they are in someone's house and give a full breakdown that customers are often surprised. Out of principle, I declined their services and now they won't give me my deposit back. These guys are dishonest salesmen who will say or do anything to get a sale - please watch out!!

The goal was the pay a professional and well-known crew to take the stress out of moving. This is not what happened. The company tripled the price of the packing job. The packers were in my house for 14 hours and the job was never completed. But I was required to pay three times the cost of the estimated, a price that included hidden fees. The packers began at 9 a.m. It was clear they were inexperienced. Two Men and a Truck didn't provide them with oversight they needed to do the job. Throughout the day, they said everything was going well. At 9 p.m., roughly half the house was still not packed and numerous items and expensive pieces of furniture were stained by being left unpacked/unprotected and put into a dirty garage. We're still accounting all of the damages. But needless to say, this was consumer abuse. I would recommend hiring any other service unless you want to add stress and incur thousands of dollars in hidden fees and damages to your belongings.
