When I first talked to them for a quote, they made it very easy as they walk you through the whole moving process. The person giving the quote makes you go room by room and list all the furniture that you are planning on moving to your new place. They then explain what's included in the price and email you a copy for your records. A $50 deposit is required to lock in your date and is credited towards your total at the end. Adil and his team works super fast and waste no time at all. They are very knowledgeable and work great together as a team. They finished our move 2 hours earlier than what was quoted! Amazing! All our furniture and belongings were packed wonderfully in their truck and all made it to our new place in their respective rooms without any issues. I highly recommend using Move4U the next time you need movers. Their pricing is very affordable and hiring them was one of the best decisions I have ever made. They were also cheaper than all the other companies. Day of, they came in prompt and wasted no time. I booked them for 2.5 hour min and had them move me out of my studio. I was out in an hour, which includes them breaking down my bed. They set up my bed and also unloaded everything in about 2hrs. They were not like cheap cheap ($500) but they were cheaper comparably by a couple bucks and were beyond professional, nice, and just really amazing. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Despite paying for a full packing and white-glove moving service, multiple valuable belongings were damaged while in the company's care, including a 65-inch TV, a 55-inch TV, my mattress, a marble side table, a patio chair, and a rug. One of the most concerning examples is my mattress, which was delivered folded in half. I have included a photo showing its condition upon delivery. The white-glove service was also not completed as promised. The movers disassembled my bed but did not reassemble it upon delivery, even though reassembly was included in the service I purchased. I had to hire and pay a TaskRabbit professional to assemble it myself. I have been working with the company on my damage claim since July 20. They have received photographs and videos documenting everything. The company is relying on the $0.60-per-pound valuation provision in the contract. I understand that provision is included in the agreement, but given the number of items damaged while in their care, I find the outcome extremely disappointing. Their Claims Department initially offered $124, then increased it to $275, and their final offer is now $325. After paying $8,100 for the move and dealing with multiple damaged belongings and incomplete white-glove service, I do not consider $325 a reasonable resolution. I gave the company more than a month to resolve this directly and in good faith. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with how the claim has been handled and would not use this company again or recommend them to others.

Super professional and organized. I felt at ease how carefully they handled our furniture. They came with wrapping, tape, and moving blankets. We had pretty much everything in boxes apart from furniture. They were super fast, polite, and showed us where everything was placed. They answered every question and were so easy to work with. I would definitely recommend to anyone moving and at any size. 2 tips: 1. Leave your clothes on the hanger and put garbage bags over your clothes and tie shut. They were able to transfer these from closet to closet effortlessly. 2. Choose heavy duty moving boxes: When you get boxes for your move, get the heavy duty thicker moving boxes like they sell at Home Depot. I went the cheap route and used the cheapest moving boxes I could find on amazon. They were a bit thinner. Everything was moved fine and without any damage, however the thicker boxes would ensure nothing gets smashed etc. The thick ones can be closed and sat on without the box breaking.
