When I was out of state, I called needing his assistance, and he was more than willing to help me out. I was grateful because I was 3000 miles away, and would not be able to do anything from where I was at. They were informative about the locks. I could use any one I wanted, but they recommended their locks because they are more difficult to break into. When I looked at the difference between the one I had brought with me, and their preferred lock, I ended up buying their lock! Also - bring a tarp, or purchase one there. They do recommend it for the storage areas that are not heated, and suggest that you don't put things up against the wall if you don't need to. Overall - helpful suggestions, and good service. Would certainly rent space here again.

Dropping off laundry post camp seems to be popular among other North Shore moms because they said it would take at least 10 days to get everything back. I had a feeling my daughter wouldn't like being without her favorite clothes for a few weeks (despite not being able to fit most of her clothes in her closet) so I decided to only drop the bedding and duffel bags. I'm glad I didn't drop off the clothes because 10 days quickly turned into 3+ weeks to get everything back, which is too long imo. It was fine since it was just camp bedding, towels and duffels that i won't need until next summer. I'll likely do this again, but wouldn't do this for clothes after camp or you'll be waiting for it for awhile. They also said I would get a text message when everything was ready and I never did. So if you do drop your stuff there I wouldn't rely on texts and make sure to call to see if you're stuff is ready before driving over (since good chance it could be delayed).
