Everything is crap! No staff onsite and customer service doesn't answer the phone. Roll down security gates have been out of service and open for over a year. This weekend, both were down and drive through not accessible. The elevator was also not working. They might offer a great intro rate but within 3 years, I'm paying $250 for a 10x10. Run! Busy place. Don't always have staff on site and when they do one of them parks in the driveway blocking customers access. Elevators to upper floors seem to work well. Only 2 flat carts available for customer use and they are not easily found. There is a drive through access but they won't open the exit door so you have to back out. But being able to pull inside is a large bonus. I got my second month free which is great. The place is kept clean and tidy which I appreciate. Prices are comparable or better than other climate controlled storage facilities. Haven't had storage during the summer so will see how it goes. read more

Literally disappointed with my choice. They never answer the phone, they only have 3 carts, which means one cart for each floor. The guy at the front desk barely wanted to answer my question. I've only rented one day and day one that' was my experience. The app doesn't work for the elevator. Only one gate works and there was broken glass right at the elevator I am hoping this isn't a consistent thing. read more

If this places doesn't burn down on its own, I can assure you the guy with the purple locs will run this establishment to the ground for this company with ease. The worst energy I've ever encountered. He missed his calling to apply and work at the TSA. Absolutely rude, hates his job, argumentative and doesn't want to communicate if he doesn't have to.. I came to this establishment on 3 separate occasions, the doors are always locked during operating hours. I will wait and hour and no one appears. I witnessed new customers coming to do business like me only to drive away after walking the entire building The 3 time I returned I tried to be smart and arrive an hour before closing. Again the doors were locked. He then showed up into the office 10 minutes before closing. As soon as he unlocked the door, they fist think out of his mouth was if you're interested in a storage unit you will have to apply online , we are set to close. I told him I was t doing anything online unless I saw the property which I attempted to see under 3 occasions and no one is there to open up the store to let customers in He then made it difficult for me to see other units because he wasn't interest I providing the service. Every ask was argument. I hated that I am even in business with public storage. I hope to use them for 6 minutes and cut ties. Fix the gates. If you have to manually open them at least open them at the stated hours instead of business hours only. It's been over a year now. Get a better system or find alternate vendors that can fix it right. read more

My property was full of smoke damage and very sticky. Someone had a fire or something and I was never notified. Also - new customers are being charged around $70 for a 10x10 and I was paying $275 before I moved out. Do NOT use this place. read more

Do yourself a favor and find a different place to rent!! This location has constant problems. Leaks that damage personal property, rent raises every 6 months (started at $120 now up to $220), and unprofessional staff!! I moved in Aug 2022. the front bay door have rarely worked. plenty of electronic issues. and they have the audacity to have raised rates 3 time in 15 months. I rented this unit 10/23 for $245 per month and 24 hour access. Within 6 months they increased my monthly rental to $310, in the contract it states that increases may happen due to demand, availability and market rate. At the time of increase the same unit was $195 as published. I called several times, both the location and corporate(who informed me they can increase as they see fit) when speaking to location the associate said they had several units of same size available and the only thing I can do is move my items into another unit and start the clock over. I currently am in renal kidney failure and in medical care near family and unable to travel 1000 miles to Texas to move my items from one unit to another in the same facility and the same size. He told me hopefully I had friends in Texas as they will not lower rate. I just received another email stating that my new rate will be $409 per month, the current published rate in $156. I called and checked availability and was told they had several units of same size available. I believe this is in direct response to my medical inability to move my items as it is not due to market rate, demand or availability. It is next to impossible to call facility directly as they do not answer, I have found they only way to speak to them is not to pay bill on time as they will start calling a day overdue. My money is extremely tight as my medical bills increase so I am hoping they will rectify this before I am forced to take legal action. I did notice several others in reviews have had similar occurrences and are seeking legal action as well read more

Public Storage has the worst customer service ever. There is hardly ever anyone manning the front desk to ask general questions or make purchases. The exit roll-down door is consistently broken causing people to turn around and exit increasing the risk of accidents. And after purchasing a second unit on the second floor, public storage has deactivated my access to my third-floor storage unit. And what do you know, there is no one at the front desk during normal office hours to help. I spoke with the Public Storage online chat and I was told that someone at the facility had to help after explaining the situation I was told that there was nothing to be done. There is absolutely no reason why my third-floor access should be deactivated as I pay my bills accordingly. The fact that there is never anyone readily available at the front desk or via phone is a blatant disrespect to the customer. Their slogan on the wall states that they "will your stuff like their stuff". This slogan and the lack of customer service tell me that they are not only treating my stuff like theirs, but they are stealing them. DO NOT use Public Storage or any other affiliating agencies! read more

This Euless located Public Storage is a very good facility. I spoke with Myra the manager and Danielle, the assistant and both of these were phone conversations that went really well. They were both very helpful and professional. When I went there in person, I was assisted by Stephen, who was very polite, knowledgeable and a top of the line customer service representative. Open only from 9am - 5pm LOL clown activity. You have access to this only if you don't work. Why are other locations open till 10pm?

I have had the storage unit on 10/08/22 and finally put my items in the storage on 10/11/22. I think I spent 15 mins trying to find my unit because to me the layout of unit numbers just didn't make sense and the map provided when signing up didn't help. One other major concern was that the gate seems to be open ALL THE TIME. What's the use of providing a gate code if it's just going to be open? I drove by at 11pm on my way home and the gate was still open. Anyone can go in and hide out or attempt to break in. I'm going to see how this month plays out and if the gates don't close, I'm ending my lease. read more

The first day we went the lady that called me seemed very friendly but when we came today to get some stuff out of our storage and then had a mess because we didn't realize that the sheriff when they packed up our stuff put a bunch of nasty trash in there and I asked for a trash bag and if there was a trashcan or dumpster she said no we don't have public trash cans which was very rude I think considering that I'm a new customer with a mess and I was trying to avoid leaving a mess for her and she really just didn't seem to care. read more

They brag about their free dollies yet they only have 2 and the sign even says others are waiting for them so please return them promptly. Waited over an hour for the same 2 groups of people bogarting them and after pushing all of our heavy items to the elevator closest to us and to my unit the elevator doesn't work. He disappeared for over 30 minutes so I hopped on the elevator and hunted him down and told him the same 2 people were bogarting the only 2 dollies they have and he needed to go down there and tell them they needed to let others use them. He said I can't do that, it's first come first serve. I said okay well you brag about these free dollies and then only have 2. I said our stuff is heavy, it was hard enough to push it to the elevator we didn't know was broken. I said you can go tell them people have been waiting over an hour for them and they need to share as we literally only needed it for 1 trip up to the unit. He said no, that's not my job and I'm not going to do that. I said okay I'll call the cops he told me he wasn't going to deal with me because I was being hostile. I said I have every reason to be upset and you would be too. He then started cussing, I guess he thought I didn't hear him say f**king under his breath, but I did. Was I cussing? Sure was because when I was being nice he refused to do anything about it and I'm in the 100 degree weather sweating to death waiting for a dolly for over an hour and he refuses to do anything about it. He said I'm not dealing with you, you can call customer service to which I did and was on hold with them forever for the girl to give me excuses for everything and not try to resolve anything. She said I'll put in a ticket for the elevator. I said what does that do for me? I've now wasted gas and way too much of my time for flaws that are theirs and theirs alone and was given no resolve, just excuses and then she hung up on me. I will be speaking with the manager and customer service again until they resolve all of their issues with broken gates, elevators and an insufficient amount of dollies. Also, the situation would have been a lot different if he did his job and made people sign the dollies in and out as well. He also gave a girl a unit that was somebody else's and locked and she as well had to wait over 30 minutes to find him. read more
