Public Storage has the worst customer service ever. There is hardly ever anyone manning the front desk to ask general questions or make purchases. The exit roll-down door is consistently broken causing people to turn around and exit increasing the risk of accidents.
And after purchasing a second unit on the second floor, public storage has deactivated my access to my third-floor storage unit. And what do you know, there is no one at the front desk during normal office hours to help. I spoke with the Public Storage online chat and I was told that someone at the facility had to help after explaining the situation I was told that there was nothing to be done. There is absolutely no reason why my third-floor access should be deactivated as I pay my bills accordingly. The fact that there is never anyone readily available at the front desk or via phone is a blatant disrespect to the customer. Their slogan on the wall states that they "will your stuff like their stuff". This slogan and the lack of customer service tell me that they are not only treating my stuff like theirs, but they are stealing them.
