At the start the guys seemed cool, but as the move went on their attitude changed. They started complaining about how much stuff I had even though I did a full intake with them beforehand and we already agreed on a price. They even started insinuating I should go to an ATM to pay them more money, which made me feel uneasy and was unprofessional since the rate was already set. I moved into a brand new building where I'm only the 3rd person on my floor. A hallway light fixture was broken during the move and they told me they didn't do it. However, management knocked on my door later saying they have them on camera breaking the light and damaging the walls. On top of the building damage, my vanity was broken, some furniture was scratched, and the monitor for my work computer is broken. I've asked repeatedly for their insurance information so we can resolve this, but they aren't responding. I believe I've been blocked now because my messages are no longer going through. Please reach out so we can resolve this.

I can't begin to say enough good things about Adam, Claudia, and their whole team of exceptional…read moreand friendly people. From the very first conversation with Adam, I was incredibly impressed. I spoke with multiple moving companies, at least 5 before Adam, and knew the second I connected with him that their company and team was different. He is down-to-earth, honest, friendly, and proud of his business and work. He believes in building relationships and being transparent throughout the whole process, start to finish. Adam took the time to visit with me at my home and inspected my belongings BEFORE quoting me, none of the blind 2-minute quoting a lot of other companies offer. He also spent a good hour talking with me about my circumstances, wants, and needs without any kind of expressed commitment from me..and that meant so much to me. It also gave me the opportunity to learn a lot more about the company. Hearing their backstory and how the company came about, as well as the many ways they strive to be fair while also helping out those in need as they are able, is phenomenal and something worth hearing if you have the time to listen and chat with Adam or Claudia!! Their team deserves your business and backing..especially because they whole-heartedly believe in serving the community and those in need through their work! They also believe in quality and dependable work. My move was scheduled at a very challenging time for both Adam and Claudia. Claudia had been in the hospital for over a week (where she still is) and Adam had spent a large portion of his time there..and yet he still made sure to be there on my move date..he along with 3 of their guys! Despite having very minimal sleep the night and days before..despite having so much more to worry about and a very understandable excuse to put their scheduled moves on hold or all together cancel..he still made sure they were there for me..not only me, every other move that past week as well! For these many reasons, I highly recommend this awesome company with no reservation!!! They are good people that I am rooting for loud and clear!! They are awesome!! If you're needing movers, don't hesitate..contact them NOW!! Thank you so much for taking care of my belongings and getting me moved so quickly and efficiently!!! Y'all rock!!

Workflow: - straightforward online form instead of trying to make a phone call during business hours while at work - email confirmation right after submitting form and again two days prior to the move - as described in their email, on the morning of, I received a phone call within an hour before, informing me that they were on the way - they arrived just before the scheduled time (I was their first move of the day) - I had packed the things I wanted them to move in advance, so I showed them the piles of things I wanted them to move - we signed the contract (all the things I expected + insurance option, with the default basic option as a price per weight reimbursement for any damaged items) - without even having to say much to each other they knew where to start - wrapped all the big furniture in blankets and duct tape - couch cushions were temporarily a little squished as they do during a move, but there were no damages to anything - after the move, I verified that everything had been moved and signed the post-move part of the contract Pros: - perfect workflow for a zellenial who's used to ordering things online and they magically appear - the team understood that my goal was to stay within the 3h, told me it was definitely reasonable, and were ultimately able to accomplish it - paid in cash and exactly as quoted (minus the $75 deposit) with no surprise fees and no extra charge for supplies or gas or stairs

I used this company twice, and this last time, I had a lot of furniture that was damaged. What…read moremakes it worse is that the movers tried to hide the broken parts, so I didn't see it until after they left (and I paid). When I called the office and spoke to Glen, he asked me to send photos of the damage, which I did. Then he ghosted me -- and blocked my number. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Zero accountability, terrible customer service, and an owner who blocks paying customers when his employees break things. I attached a few pictures of some the items that were damaged. There were more, but the speakers, you can't see the damage -- they just don't work anymore -- and we all saw the mover drop it. And there was also a recliner that was severely damaged. It's a shame when new, bad owners ruin a company. @ Anna -- In response to your comment, I am posting a copy of my reservation confirmation and two of my invoices, with identifying info redacted. And Anna - y'all blocked my number. I've tried calling many, many times.

Never in a million years did I think it would take over 4 hours for 2 movers to clear out a 2…read morebedroom apartment. I say over 4 hours because they started at 1pm and it was going on 5pm and they still haven't left my apartment. It's not even a packed 2 bedroom apartment-my daughter and me live together. First, my apartment complex is very anal: the elevator goes from the basement floor only to the 1st floor and I live on the 2nd floor. So-if you don't take the elevator that's 4 flights (10 steps each) of stairs you have to take to get to the moving truck. If you take the elevator-that's only 20 stairs (2 flights) to get to the first floor, walk out of another door and about 15 grown person steps to the elevator and boom you're on the ground floor. From there it's about 10 grown person steps to the mover's truck. If it was me and I was a mover, I would just opt for the elevator since I have several boxes and the heavy stuff would tire me out going down all those stairs.....not my movers. They chose the stair option. So- a 365 dollar 4 hour Groupon moved turned into a 685 dollar 6 and a half hour Move. The foreman's customer service was awesome and the entire time it remained that way but the 4.5 hours to clear a 2 bedroom is just beyond me.

PRICE GOUGE - Adds RIDICULOUS trumped up fees that are not in the contract. They have generic contract without any totals on it except the cost for that agreement we initially made. However, they charged me an addition $500 extra. and wouldnt take my most valuable items off the truck until I paid. Threatened me with storage fees and drove off with my valuables for 12 hours forcing me to pay the trumped up charges. When they returned, they would not deliver the heavy items into the home. The police had to them move it upstairs. CUSTOMER SERVICE - The people who do return your a call eventually are skilled scammers, and professional liars. One of the movers who is the owner of the fraudulent business denies accountability. POOR MOVING WORK ETHIC - Movers was an hour and thirty minutes late. Complained they were tired the whole time becuase this was there 5 move. They took smoke breaks, and was very, very slow. One guy stood around and waited for orders from the lead mover who is the owner. One bedroom apartment took TWO trips because they didnt pack the truck up. I later learned this was part of the time scam. I do NOT have a lot of items that would taken 6 hours to move. The mover gave me a generic receipt that looks a waiter could of written up in restaurants. In my opinion, don't think this company should be in buisnesd and should have their licenses to move people revoked. Location: This company is web based. They don't have a physical address, but there website provides a suite number. There is an apartment building at that address. There is soooo much more I can warn you about, but I hope you learn from my HORRIBLE experience and USE A REPUTABLE company. Be sure not to get in this jam.
