Four young men and two 26' trucks showed up right on time and worked nonstop at an extremely rapid pace to load up extremely heavy furniture and oversized belongings in 3-4 hours (including elevator time) . When they got to the new home, it was about half the time to unload, hook up appliances, and rearrange furniture I requested a couple of times. Everything arrived like it left, nothing broken and the estimate they gave me was spot on. The guys were courteous, strong, and hardworking. Highly recommend

I really hate to leave this review but I feel like I'm being ignored and have no other options. I…read morehired them for a move Friday morning and it has been a nightmare since. At the start the guys seemed cool, but as the move went on their attitude changed. They started complaining about how much stuff I had even though I did a full intake with them beforehand and we already agreed on a price. They even started insinuating I should go to an ATM to pay them more money, which made me feel uneasy and was unprofessional since the rate was already set. I moved into a brand new building where I'm only the 3rd person on my floor. A hallway light fixture was broken during the move and they told me they didn't do it. However, management knocked on my door later saying they have them on camera breaking the light and damaging the walls. On top of the building damage, my vanity was broken, some furniture was scratched, and the monitor for my work computer is broken. I've asked repeatedly for their insurance information so we can resolve this, but they aren't responding. I believe I've been blocked now because my messages are no longer going through. Please reach out so we can resolve this.

I spoke with multiple moving companies, at least 5 before Adam, and knew the second I connected with him that their company and team was different. He is down-to-earth, honest, friendly, and proud of his business and work. He believes in building relationships and being transparent throughout the whole process, start to finish. Adam took the time to visit with me at my home and inspected my belongings BEFORE quoting me, none of the blind 2-minute quoting a lot of other companies offer. He also spent a good hour talking with me about my circumstances, wants, and needs without any kind of expressed commitment from me..and that meant so much to me. It also gave me the opportunity to learn a lot more about the company. Hearing their backstory and how the company came about, as well as the many ways they strive to be fair while also helping out those in need as they are able, is phenomenal and something worth hearing if you have the time to listen and chat with Adam or Claudia!! Claudia had been in the hospital for over a week (where she still is) and Adam had spent a large portion of his time there..and yet he still made sure to be there on my move date..he along with 3 of their guys! Despite having very minimal sleep the night and days before..despite having so much more to worry about and a very understandable excuse to put their scheduled moves on hold or all together cancel..he still made sure they were there for me..not only me, every other move that past week as well! The legs are metal so I guess they figured no need to wrap them. I was going to overlook this issue I went to wash clothes and realized that they did not hook up my washing machine properly. I had water all down the hallway because they failed to put the hose into the spout that goes outside. Lastly, they had to make 2 trips because they did not send a truck big enough for fully furnished 3 bedroom home, which was explained up front. They did however take one hour off my move.

My move did not take place until much later in the day than scheduled but not to worry because BIU: * The Office kept me in the communication loop. * The Men were most professional, energetic and proficient in spite of being rained and hailed on throughout the day . * Charged me 'exactly' as discussed (used a Groupon for 4 hours of the move). DO NOT USE: They need 100 NEGATIVE star rating…read more DAMAGES TO PROPERTY: They damaged BRAND NEW furniture, dining room table, bedroom furniture and other things and just advised me to call a number to file a claim to a number that no one answers. PRICE GOUGE - Adds RIDICULOUS trumped up fees that are not in the contract. They have generic contract without any totals on it except the cost for that agreement we initially made. However, they charged me an addition $500 extra. and wouldnt take my most valuable items off the truck until I paid. Threatened me with storage fees and drove off with my valuables for 12 hours forcing me to pay the trumped up charges. When they returned, they would not deliver the heavy items into the home. The police had to them move it upstairs. CUSTOMER SERVICE - The people who do return your a call eventually are skilled scammers, and professional liars. One of the movers who is the owner of the fraudulent business denies accountability. POOR MOVING WORK ETHIC - Movers was an hour and thirty minutes late. Complained they were tired the whole time becuase this was there 5 move. They took smoke breaks, and was very, very slow. One guy stood around and waited for orders from the lead mover who is the owner. One bedroom apartment took TWO trips because they didnt pack the truck up. I later learned this was part of the time scam. I do NOT have a lot of items that would taken 6 hours to move. The mover gave me a generic receipt that looks a waiter could of written up in restaurants. In my opinion, don't think this company should be in buisnesd and should have their licenses to move people revoked. Location: This company is web based. They don't have a physical address, but there website provides a suite number. There is an apartment building at that address.
