Very disappointed in this rental experience! I rented a unit for $75/month on auto pay. Never late. In a short time they jacked the rate twice, up to $145/month for a small unit! So the customer service here is awesome! I initially was only coming to get some pricing information but from the moment I arrived I was greeted with a smile. The young lady who's name was Vanessa I believe was just incredible! She presented every option discussed all the benefits if I had a problem she presented a solution leaving me with complete confidence and faith in Public Storage as a business but in her as well being the representative for that location. Rent goes up too much, too often. My unit was burglarized while access gate was broken. Still broken after 2 months. No surveillance video on the entire row. To top it off, they couldn't care less about keeping good paying customers. read more

I am giving this 4 stars because the deals are better on the web than actually in person. The internet isn't qlways available to everyone...that said, Samantha is the sweetest person working at that location. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I chose another storage place because they allow 24hr access but would have much rather stayed with Public Storage because of her. read more

Sherry is absolutely the WORST manager in the world. She called me 3 times in 6 minutes. On the second call I told her I was having surgery and hung up and she called right back only to be told I was having surgery again. Harassment! Her husband is in the middle of the business and claims he lives there so he has a say so. Called the district manager whom acted like he didn't care either. Sherry, the manager of this property is great. We sold our house quickly and the new house wasn't quite ready yet. Sherry helped us select the right units at the best price to hold our 4-bedroom house temporarily. She was gracious on the phone while I asked questions about the property and also greeted us and talked with us more in person about our needs before we signed the final paperwork on the units. She was even able to find a better rate for the units than we were able to originally secure on the phone with the Public Storage 800 customer service line. Our only disappointment is that the units are not climate controlled, which the website indicated they were. Sherry did clarify on the phone that the units were not climate controlled and after visiting the property we decided this was not a necessity. The property is clean and well maintained. The property manager is a gem. We would recommend this site to others. read more

Ms. Vickie was amazing! She held the last unit for me until I could get there and then was super helpful with the whole check in process. Someone from Public Storage needs to get her a golf cart. She has two bad knees and has to walk all around that property. She is a saint and I 100% recommend storing your belongings there. read more

Angel was great. Offered me everything I need for a smooth move in. I had a problem with the lock but, Sherry changed it out the next day. She provided use of another unit nearby and, when the lock was changed, she moved my items into the original unit. So glad Public Storage empowers their employees to make decisions based on individual situations. read more
