Get ready for sticker shock!...rent went from 100 a month to a whopping 175 dollars at the 3 month mark...yeah...these guys know how to gouge customers. It's really a win win for them because they know your kinda between a rock and a hard place... so they exploit you. Got the hell outta there FAST. Will NEVER use self storage again...they rope a dope at the beginning with their flashy sales on the internet, but be ready after month three... your payments are gonna sky rocket. Take before and after pictures of your rental as well...mine had a big ol hole in the drywall when I rented...the manager said no worries... but just take pictures to protect yourself. read more

Pros: Clean, regular pest control, easy access, friendly and attentive staff. Cons: No 24-hr access, and I ra-HEALLY did not like them slapping their advertising sticker on my lock without my permission. DON'T TOUCH MY STUFF. That alone cost them a star. But overall I'm very satisfied so far. read more

The place advertises as having climate control units but the a/c breaks down too often. Management claims to wait on parts which takes more than two weeks. If you need a climate controlled unit, this is not your place. read more

We have used this location in the past, and we love Deb - the lady who will always be there - has been for about 10 years I believe! She takes pride in this location, and knows her clients. We had a unit there that we rented in 2009 and cleared it out 1.5 years later. We returned again this month and she remembers us and made us feel like we were old friends. She does everyting possible to accomodate the needs of her clients and we totally give this location and DEB 5 stars!!!! read more

I've used this storage on two different occasions - a drive-up unit a few years ago and I recently got a climate control. Deb is wonderful. She remembered me from 2011. I believe she lives on-site and truly cares about the job and her customers. The facility is clean, monitored, and pest-free! Or at least from what I can tell. They run good online specials and I have never had any problems. I would highly recommend this facility for storing your goods/valuables. read more

I had the best experience with this location and the staff. Very friendly and accommodating. They had an unit ready for me in 15 minutes and they accommodate me when I had a giant Container come by to ship my items. Very friendly, hard working and above all profesional. The spaces are secure, clean and the area is very convenient and safe. Will definitely recommend this to anybody looking for short or long term storage! read more

This company is notorious for raising their rates and fees. They make it very convenient for you to pay more and more for the same service. If you wish to discuss matters with their corporate office, don't bother. They don't respond. Yes, it's clean. Yes, the staff is decent to deal with but that's what you're paying for, isn't it? read more

At the start the guys seemed cool, but as the move went on their attitude changed. They started complaining about how much stuff I had even though I did a full intake with them beforehand and we already agreed on a price. They even started insinuating I should go to an ATM to pay them more money, which made me feel uneasy and was unprofessional since the rate was already set. I moved into a brand new building where I'm only the 3rd person on my floor. A hallway light fixture was broken during the move and they told me they didn't do it. However, management knocked on my door later saying they have them on camera breaking the light and damaging the walls. On top of the building damage, my vanity was broken, some furniture was scratched, and the monitor for my work computer is broken. I've asked repeatedly for their insurance information so we can resolve this, but they aren't responding. I believe I've been blocked now because my messages are no longer going through. Please reach out so we can resolve this.

They excused themselves went back to the truck. Then I got a call from their office they didn't want to do it so they were cancelling. I asked for my deposit back they said no because it was a same day cancelation. I talked to a lawyer I know he said file a fraud charge ack with the bank. I wish I hadn't used my debit card instead of credit card. Lawyer said deposit is to protect be against customer bailing out. It's part of what you paid them to do work, they changed their mind they have no right to keep the money. To be clear the one star is for dishonesty on the company's. Part. Otherwise I wouldn't have left any review. So Monday I will file a dispute with bank.

We had a very unfortunate experience with Two Men and a Truck. Overall, customer service and…read moresolving the problems we incurred is the reason I do not recommend them at all. To start, when I called to get a quote I was asked to go room by room and list what items we had. So they knew up front. I was also informed they will take apart all beds and put them back together for us on this call. The day before the move, my husband moved the majority of boxes himself and hired TMAAT mainly for the heavy stuff because I just had a baby. I asked the men how long they thought this would take since we were estimated 10-11 hours on paper. They said this shouldn't take any longer than 8-9 hours. As moving started, we were told they couldn't touch my husbands bowflex (previously disclosed) unless the whole pulley system was taken off. Not an easy process. My husband and I decided to move it out the door ourselves. At this point I was only 6 weeks post a c section. My husband and I got it out of the door without removing any pulleys and asked if they could at least put it on their truck to take it to our new house. We were then told oh yeah I just didn't think it would fit out of the door with the pulleys connected. I had previously purchased and was charged for mattress bags at booking. I went upstairs to find the men moving my expensive mattress with no bag on it. I told them I paid for mattress bags. They told me they weren't informed of this and had to call their supervisor. I showed the receipt I had. They said someone from their office had to bring the bags to us. We waited at least an hour. You are charged hourly for this service and here they are ready to load up this mattress and now they can't. They worked on a few other things but I know this stalled the move. When the guy showed up with the bags he had brought a queen bag for my king mattress so now he had to go back to their office and get the right size. Here we are waiting AGAIN. This took at least another hour. Next, we were told for liability reasons they can take apart the bunk beds and crib that we had (again previously disclosed) but they can't put them back together. My toddler was the one still sleeping in the crib and if you aren't the one taking something apart, it's not going to be easy to just put together quickly yourself. The next issue: I informed the men that the refrigerator will not fit through the door with its doors on. They first tried to just remove the handles and open the doors but since the doors don't open fully they proceeded to wedge and get the refrigerator stuck and had to go back and remove the doors as I told them. My husband called the supervisor to see if the man that took apart the crib could at least assist putting it back together. They agreed to this. At this point, the movers couldn't find the bolts to the crib. They also remembered they had left the bolts to another bed at the old house. They lost something else I don't remember what, but my husband had to drive to the old house himself multiple times for them. One man took forever trying to figure out how to put the refrigerator back together. The door handle is still loose and the front is all scratched up. They left trash at our house and even their own furniture pads were left behind. Walls were damaged. They said they shaved hours off the move to compensate us for the problems, but this time, in my opinion, was time we should never have been charged anyway. Time waiting on mattress bags (twice!), time looking for lost items, my husbands time and gas running between homes, time to put back together a refrigerator (a professional should not have taken that long)..... they never found the crib bolts. I eventually found them a few days later. We were not compensated or discounted for this HORRIBLE experience other than shaving a few hours off the time which was time we shouldn't have been responsible for anyway. They ended up clocking it at 13 hours and charged us for 10.5. Interesting as they originally said easy move 8-9 hours. I was told to file a claim for everything else.
