Then they came out and couldn't do the job due to not having the right parts nor the right person. We rescheduled to Sunday at 7 am and it look less than an hour. We are a custom furniture company in Oregon. We ship our handcrafted tables all over the country…read more Because of their size our clients sometimes request for a White Glove Moving Service to receive the crate at a warehouse then bring the table and assemble it in their home. When I began my search in the Dallas, Texas area I went straight to Angie's List. Nice Moves was on the top of the list for reviews. We are extremely picky who we choose to move our items because our one of a kind tables are irreplaceable. From the beginning I was impressed by Nice Moves. They answered their phone the first time I called, were clear and concise about the price. When it came to receiving the freight from the freight company, they were incredibly thorough and opened to inspect the crate before they would release the driver. Due to the freight company stealing our packaging material inside the crate, the table arrived damaged. Nice Moves took pictures for us and worked with us while we filed a claim with the freight company. After 3 weeks, we had them repackage the table inside our crate to be sent back to us to repair. They did an outstanding job wrapping and repackaging it. They sent us pictures of their repackaging which put us and our customer at ease. We knew after the repair was made back in Oregon there was no other choice but to send it back to them to do the job we originally discussed. They received the freight and contacted our client to deliver and assemble the tabletop to the base. We pre-drilled the holes where the base would go and provided the screws. Our client was completely satisfied with how Nice Moves treated his table and his home as they came in to deliver. If we ever have a table that needs White Glove Service in the Dallas area we wouldn't think twice about using Nice Moves again. When your own reputation is on the line with your customer, it is incredible to find a company who is as professional and careful in the moving industry as they are. We worked with Miguel who is the warehouse manager and also Tony in the office. They are amazing and care about their company and their customers. Hopefully this helps others who are trying to decide who they want to use. I spent over 10 hours reading reviews on Angie's List and Yelp to make an educated decision for our company. I'm glad I did and it paid off! Give them a call. Very very reasonable price for 4 guys to deliver and set up in the home and quick service. The crew knew what they had and what they didn't, and they made the best of it by suggesting practical solutions that saved us a few pennies on keeping our valuables safe. They asked me to pay a $99 booking fee so I did. Yesterday I picked up my keys to the apartment and found the unit to be in a horrible state. With disgusting odor of Indian food. A catastrophe. I immediately reached out to Betos to tell them of the emergency and asked them to please work with me to reschedule for when the unit is properly ready. This is one day before the scheduled move which is supposed to be today. The state of the unit was uninhabitable. I could not in good conscience MOVE my stuff into the unit. The person immediately said I will have to pay another $99 booking fee despite me sharing the details of my situation. I asked them to consider the fact that I'm already dealing with this emergency and cannot afford to pay yet another fee. He said "please understand this is a business" What I understand is the lack of customer service and human decency. Even though I'm experiencing a major emergency situation that is not my fault. They refuse to be helpful and reschedule my move. What a horrible experience. What ever happened to human decency and customer service???
