Rude, rigid property manager Brandi lacks understanding and a desire to help customers (e.g…read more closing time, rate increases, insurance demands, replacing locks). The elevator is often broken. Customers seem to store their livelihoods in spaces and spend hours sorting through it. You have to cross the trolley tracks to enter the property along the freeway, with construction material on the street (that has led to a flat tire!). We relocated to a better maintained facility with easier access and friendlier staff (no grumpy Brandi who will never offer customer "service").
