On move in day I was given a phone call the day before, to check to make sure what time I was going to arrive. I was able to reschedule my time when I realised that the time slot didn't work any longer. The office staff were very flexible with helping me out. I was able to complete the whole moving process in less than 30 minutes. Overall I am happy with my unit I end up getting a 10 by 7 and a 1/2. I do like the ease of unloading my S UV into their docking station. I appreciate the climate control as it can get really hot during the summer and I was worried about my electronics. This was the true reason I picked this location even though about $50 more per month than the location about 2 miles away. All in all super excited about the fringe benefits of this location, To include utilization of a moving truck. The nice thing is that they allow you to use the moving truck up to 2 weeks from your moving date. This alone is going to save me a $150.

Fullerton has been extremely frustrating, and my concerns about how this matter was handled remain unresolved. I have been trying to obtain accountability and a fair resolution, but the communication and response I have received have left me deeply disappointed. One of my most troubling concerns involves Constance Turner and comments she made regarding my daughter, including questioning whether my daughter is on the autism spectrum. I found these comments inappropriate and hurtful, particularly in the context of an already difficult situation. I am also concerned about statements regarding the termination of an employee connected to this incident. Based on my understanding of what occurred, I do not believe this employee did anything wrong, and I have serious concerns about the accuracy of the explanation I was given. I have sought legal guidance and am continuing to pursue an appropriate resolution. Customers deserve respectful communication, accurate information, and accountability when concerns are raised. I hope U-Haul's corporate leadership will take these issues seriously, review the circumstances fairly, and provide a meaningful response.
