Our belongings were deliver on MLK day. Even on a holiday, we could talk with a lovely representative at customer service who assured us there would be no issues. There weren't!! The facility itself was clean, well-lit, and safe; it was easy to move my stuff in and out, and once the termites were gone and I'd brought everything back home, I was able to close out the rental over the phone without having to make an extra trip. Goes through the motions of acting like a manager but really doesn't understand anything beyond the basic script for issues that arise. Avoid. Lots of other places in Campbell that have much better secure facilities.
