On the day of the move in, I was confused as to how the security system worked and the code for some reason did not work. I called in to ask and Jack was able to quickly fix the code issue as well as providing a thorough explanations as to how the gates work & how to make sure my unit was secure. Very responsible, kind and patient, I am glad to have someone like him managing the facility. Would highly recommend! The price for the unit was extremely reasonable as well compare to other storage facilities in San Jose.

Our belongings were deliver on MLK day. Even on a holiday, we could talk with a lovely representative at customer service who assured us there would be no issues. There weren't!! The app works wonderfully. Plenty of room for the moving van. Roomy parking spaces so you can get things in and out of personal vehicles without challenges. Rates are great! We even have the option to downgrade our unit as we empty more of the contents. Highly recommend Trojan Storage!!
