The move-in process was very organized and straightforward, and the staff were genuinely kind and welcoming. I really appreciated that they were clear and direct about the pricing, the move-in process, and what to expect. Nothing felt vague or pushy. One of the biggest things that stood out to me was the 12-month rate guarantee, which gave me a lot more peace of mind. The facility itself is also extremely clean. probably the cleanest storage facility I've personally seen, and it feels VERY secure with their alarm/security system. The manager at this location, Jediah, has got to be the best manager yet. I've been using the services at this facility for over a decade and have seen the Pros and Cons of past managers. My items were constantly covered in dirt and debris, making it impossible to grab anything quickly without deep cleaning it first. At one point, I noticed rodent control packets had been placed inside my unit, which raised concerns--especially since I used my own lock from a previous unit. It seemed like someone had accessed my space and thrown them in. By the time I moved out, there were clear signs of a rodent infestation--feces on the ground and items that had been chewed through, forcing me to throw some things away. On top of that, the unit doors are old and unreliable. Mine got stuck multiple times, and on one occasion, I spent over an hour on the phone trying to get someone to help--on a Sunday, no less. The biggest reason I left, though, was the rental rate hikes. I started at $151/month, and within a year, it jumped to $269. They raise rates multiple times a year, anywhere from $30-$45 per increase, which is unsustainable for long-term storage. A rep eventually told me that you can call to request a rate freeze when you get a price increase notice. I did this, and he claimed it was submitted--but sure enough, my rent still increased. That was the final straw. If you value your belongings and want to avoid rodents, unsanitary conditions, questionable security, aging units, and skyrocketing rent, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

I've seen other facilities that look like a dump, the upkeeping/landscaping of the facility is maculate! If your looking for a storage facility where you feel that your stuff is SAFE, than this is it! A gated community as well as so many cameras on the property make it a secure place. I've been here for a year now and my 6x10 upper level is great. With huge freight elevators in every building, so don't be discouraged for an upper level unit. With other facilities I'm aware that rent raises tend to go up every month or at least every other month, NOT here! of course just like any storage facilities there are rent raises, but you wont see them sky rocketing here to make you wanna leave!.
