Very responsible, kind and patient, I am glad to have someone like him managing the facility. Would highly recommend! Its clean, convenient, nice storage units and Johnny is the absolute best. He is friendly , helpful and made the whole experience less of a hassle. He is always on top of things, happy to answer questions you have and for us , he even had some friendly suggestions like using storage bins to save space . He brought out a stepping stool to offer us when he saw us struggling with things on the roof of our van . Helped me with a stuck lock I had . I've been here for a year now and my 6x10 upper level is great. With huge freight elevators in every building, so don't be discouraged for an upper level unit. With other facilities I'm aware that rent raises tend to go up every month or at least every other month, NOT here! of course just like any storage facilities there are rent raises, but you wont see them sky rocketing here to make you wanna leave!. The move was local, 2 large heavy items(Grand Father Clock and Armoire, and 5miles between houses. I had the bid in a short time, lower than anyone , scheduled for same day . 3men, carefully wrapped each piece and the move went off without any problems. This Company will be my mover in the future. They sent two wonderful guys who were so efficient and hard-working. We were not able to finish everything in one day so I requested that they come back the next week for another session of packing. Both times, they arrived exactly when they said they would and brought all the moving materials in their truck so I did not have to pre-buy anything. I even needed special boxes for artwork and wine bottles and they provided those as well. I thought the price was very reasonable for what they did. I was not able to use them for the moving truck because I am moving out of state. (However, the owner said he would soon be getting the out-of-state license so that will be a service that is available in the future.) I'm happy to provide my highest recommendation for this company and the people who work there.
