Elevators were barely operational on 2 separate visits. Snow was not cleared by entry door adequately. Bathrooms are always locked. No one is ever onsite to assist. read more

the worst customer service ever never returns calls lied about my account proven by his co workers and supervisor I'll never ever ever rent from PS again rent goes up every 3 months without notice thecDM of this location is rude no customer support at all read more

This is my first public storage experience, but when I first went to check on unit, the office didn't have keys to get into office to check us in, so we had to go on line to complete the rental (not a problem), but Office manager was kind enough to walk us around back and let us in to view the unit. First time we brought stuff in to store, the gate/lock would not work.... Had to get an emergency entry number, which was a big hassle... Storage facility is nice, they just need to work out some logistics to operate more smoothly for the customers. Great location!! read more

Had a last minute issue getting access to my unit and Tyrone jumped in and got it done. Thank you, Tyrone!!

I moved in two days ago I was surprised that on that day and the day before no one was in the office despite the hours being posted as 9-4 . Finding my space was a bit difficult because there is no numbering that tells which way specific buildings are. Hopefully the experience will be good going forward read more

This dump will raise your rent monthly without warning, be careful. They lure you in at a low rate and then increase it constantly. The secure gate is often stuck up and open, allowing anyone in. The bathrooms have been locked for ages, so if you're cleaning out and have dirty hands or need to go...best of luck. The elevators have been barely operational in the past but seem to have improved slightly. I haven't been able to get ahold of customer service yet to rectify any issues as of 7/6/21. read more

Excellent service. Took care of all my needs with superior courtesy.

I've been using this storage since November 2018. After a year, I received an increase notice of about $20 wasn't unreasonable. Last month I received an increase of over $100. I called and asked them to reevaluate. The person that I spoke to even said that was an unreasonable amount for the size unit I had...their largest unit was almost $200 less than what my increased rate was going to be. I was told that they would contact corporate and I would hear back. I called multiple times after never hearing back hoping to resolve BEFORE my payment was due; unfortunately for me that didn't happen. I them called and left another message and called again the next day and left another message. About an hour later I receive a call from a guy saying he was the location manager and the person (i believe her name was Mellany) was a temp so I should disregard what she told me. He was rude and kept over talking me. He said that he had submitted the request to corporate the day before however, i still haven't heard anything from him (that was a week ago). I most definitely won't be staying paying double the amount of a larger unit in the same location. read more

absolutely the worst customer service experience I have every had. The woman at the front desk is rude and unprofessional and should not be interacting with customers. I was moving in to a unit and could not get the code to work. I asked her about the issue and she gave me a new code but failed to tell me the unit is on B vs floor 1. I went back again within 10min to tell her the code did not work and she had gone to lunch (rather than check on me) I went back the next day and again told her the code did not work - she became very irritated and began to yell at me that the unit was in the basement. Place is dirty, front gate always seems open and with this woman attitude, I am out. The problem is they are fairly full up if not completely full so who gives a "f" about customer service. The public storage down the street has a wonderful front desk manager. I cancelled my unit today without even moving in You all need to understand what "LTV" is and know you probably lost thousands of dollars that I will give to someone else. read more

Very rude service. I went in to rent a space on Sunday June 9 and the attendant was extremely rude. I went to the one on 1700 block and received much better service. read more

I have been using the Public Storage facility at 1904 West Street in Annapolis since 2014. On the positive side, the onsite manager (Laurie) has been excellent, managing a clean facility and providing superb customer service. Also Josh, the district manager, was extremely responsive to an issue I had, resolved it quickly within the guidelines he has, and also explained options. On the negative side, the Public Storage corporate office raises their rates VERY frequently (e.g every 6 mos to a year) based on "percent occupancy." And the appalling part of this is the amount of the increase -- this last one was 24%. read more

Such a great place to store and they have a lot of packing supplies. Very clean store , lots of push carts to get your furniture to your unit. read more

Milly was wonderful assessing my needs for storing my belongings as I had relocated from Chicago. She made sure I had the right amount of space for an awesome price. Plus the first month being $1 is amazing. Wanted to shout out Milly on the customer service end. The facilities are great and have multiple dollies no matter how much you're moving. Thanks guys. read more

Check your billing as your rates will increase without notice. Better storage facilities around than this one.

Ann and Christine at Public Storage were AWESOME!!!! They took time to help us pick out a box for shipping a TV and then helped us wrap and pack the TV right in the lobby. They were professional and funny while making my wife and i feel confident in the condition of our package. i would go back to them in a heart beat! read more

Prompt helpful service, clean facilities and easy to use. Boxes, tape and other supplies on hand. Manager was great!

Super quick and easy to reserve, property is clean, and Chanel is AWESOME! I harassed her all day with questions and updates (I was supposed to be able to get stuff there earlier, but my move out of my old place took several hours longer than anticipated and there was a bad accident on 50 that delayed us even more) and she was so friendly, patient, and helpful even when I couldn't get there until 15 minutes before the office closed. I got there and she was ready with a smile on her face and the paperwork all ready to go for me, she even highlighted all of the places I needed to sign, initial, and date for me so I didn't have to search around looking for them. I've had a few bad experiences with other storage facilities, I really couldn't be more grateful for how streamlined and pleasant she made the entire experience for me! read more

Nice clean place to rent. I reserved my unit online and they called to schedule appointment so I didn't wait when I arrived. The process was quick & pretty easy. Oh they do have boxes and other packing stuff., so I was able to get everything done in one trip. I ended up getting a good deal on a box pack. The manager recommended it since I had not began packing at the time I got. Overall good experience read more

Not only is the property convenient but also well maintained and the customer service is incredible. Having moved up from another state, Milly helped me every step of the way! Absolutely would recommend this location to someone and will use again in the future if needed! read more

Excellent experience. Clean, helpful staff, lots of supplies available.

Christine and Nicholetta could not have been more helpful---they cheerfully and efficiently accepted the return of a box that I ultimately did not need for a packing project--got my credit and was in/out in 5 minutes. read more
