Best Moving Company EVER! I scheduled for Steve F. to come out and provide me with a quote for a…read morepack and move. He was timely and very professional. The day of the move, the movers showed up early but it worked out. David A. and crew got the job DONE!!! They were about their business taking great care with packing and securing my property. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I had already packed my master bedroom and later completed the kitchen/dining room. Therefore, they completed the remaining three (3) levels and did a FANTASTIC job. I've never experience such experts with great customer service. The last movers I hired, dropped a case of Cooperhawks Wine and never replaced it. I would highly recommend this company, if you are looking for quality service. The pleasant surprise was that since I had packed some of my rooms, the quote went down because the Time & Material was less. So glad that I took the recommendations I received on Perry's, and decided to contact them.

Once from Indiana to Baltimore City, and the second from Baltimore City to Michigan. The first time I moved with them, the moving coordinator I worked with was very communicative, checked in with me throughout the moving process (including when my items were being picked up), and was conscious of my anxiety levels. The second time I moved, I needed to contact Stephanie to remind her of upcoming deadlines, follow up with her when she said that she would get back to me and failed to do so, and was also unprofessional at times, uttering profanities like "retarded" in reference to the move itself when on the phone with her. What's more is that one of my inventory items never even arrived to me. They launched an audit to find the lost items but came back empty, so I guess one of their workers just walked off with it. The pay out on the audit also was less than half of what the items were valued at. Some of the items that were lost can't be replaced. Like how does something just walk off? You're a moving company that specializes in moving things, and you're one of the most expensive brands in the market with guaranteed service. On a positive note, the people who picked and dropped off my belongings were very professional, on time, and handled everything like glass. Don't think I'll work with Perry again.

Look no further!! -- 5/5 Flawless Move with Gary at Quick Trip Relocation Services…read more Quick Trip Relocation Services, led by owner Gary, handled our recent move and absolutely exceeded expectations. Our job was no small feat -- moving the full contents of our one-bedroom apartment plus a packed storage units into a 2-bedroom, 2-bath home, all for a flat fee. To make things even trickier, the freight elevator was inconveniently located far from the unit, meaning every load required extra time and effort. Gary, along with Richard and Trey, arrived right on time and immediately got to work. They were not only professional, skilled, and efficient, but also incredibly warm and friendly from the moment they stepped in the door. It honestly felt like having close friends help us move -- except these friends also happen to be expert movers who wrap furniture perfectly, maneuver bulky items through tight corners, and load a truck like Tetris masters. Gary's team tackled the freight elevator challenge without a single complaint, carrying heavy boxes, instruments, electronics, and kitchen gear trip after trip, always smiling and checking to make sure everything was placed exactly where we wanted it. They were easy to talk to, genuinely kind, and made the whole day fun instead of stressful. Everything arrived in perfect condition, the entire move went faster than expected, and the flat fee was exactly as quoted -- no surprises. We enjoyed their company so much that we plan to stay friends even after the move. My husband and I truly appreciated their hard work and fabulous attitudes! If you want movers who combine speed, care, professionalism, and true warmth, I cannot recommend Quick Trip Relocation Services enough. Gary, Richard, and Trey turned what could have been a long, exhausting day into one of the most pleasant moving experiences imaginable.
