Prost is one of my favorite spots to grab a drink! All of the beer (and seltzer) is amazing and the food is also extremely tasty. My favorite beer to date has been a recent blood orange beer! I've only had food once but it was so great and will definitely be getting a soft pretzel each time from now on! The soft pretzel was one of the best I've ever had! We also tried fingerling smashers and they were delicious as well. I wasn't super hungry or else I'd have ordered the doner kebab!! I'm addition to the food and drinks, the view of the city is also super great! read more

This is the smallest of their three locations. However, a bit more compact means you can have great beer with a real conversation. And, the food from the attached trailer is actually better than the other two with brick/mortar restaurant windows. A clear food winner with any beer is the Reuben and the fries! We will be back soon. read more

Got rid of their food truck, food now is actually garbage. I think it's all made in a microwave now. Charges an 18% service fee to hand me a beer and heat up a chicken patty in a microwave. read more

This place is a great spot to bring a group of friends. They have an outdoor area, huge indoor area with ample seating, and also have a smaller section outside to play ping pong. I ordered both beer and food and I wasn't too WOW'd. The wait was a bit long, but that's understandable for these times. The schnitzel sandwich I ordered from the truck was ok. It did have potential but the lemon aioli threw off the whole experience for me. The fries, though, were crispy and light! I also took a bite of the Mac n cheese my brother ordered and it was too much cheese. The atmosphere and brews were a go, the food was EH. read more

The name says it all - this is a brewery that specializes in the more traditional styles of European beers. You can also find though some newer styles and even hard seltzer. My group shared a bunch and none of the beers were below average. Most were great! Add a =n outdoor seating area with a constant mist and you have a good time. Did I mention there was cornhole and a bunch of TVs too? I hope I get to come by here again and try more. Definitely kid friendly. read more

Great beer and pretzel. Beautiful view of downtown from all seats inside and outside. Parking is an issue, which is expected in this area. You order at the bar because they have no servers. We sat at the bar and didn't have to wait in the ordering line. Food is available from the attached food truck outside. You order and they text you to pick it up. They have 8oz beers, 17oz and 32. read more

We went here after dinner one evening with friends . The beer was tasty, but not all of it was true to style. It is based on German beer. The food truck outside sold some mega pretzels that went with the beer wonderfully. read more

This was my second visit to Prost, and I loved the experience. First off, this place has a great view of the city, an awesome outdoor patio to enjoy it, and a central location that makes it a quick walk from lots of other places. This time around we ordered the Döner and a bratwurst plate. Brat was very good (love their fries, too) but the Döner was pretty special. It had a lamb patty and super fresh tasting sauce and veg on top. I would absolutely recommend it if you're looking for something fresh, flavorful, and filling. We didn't get any beers this time around, but on our last trip we sampled a few different styles and it's got fantastic German-style beers as well. Gotta love a place that has it all! read more

Good drank, amazing food, awesome vibes & Views! What more can you ask for? I've always driven by this place heading to other spots in the highlands. It's always packed with people on its outdoor patio which looks out to downtown. I ordered the Lemon & Elderberry seltzer to start. It was refreshing and the perfect drink for a warm day! For food I ordered a basket of fries with curry ketchup and Fondu. Both were equally delicious. The curry ketchup was the most intriguing though. I also ordered the Rueben which was PHENOMENAL. Cool vibes, german beers and local brews make people coming here to hang out. Outdoor and indoor seating is available. On a hot 92 degree weather a cold brew is the best way to go and we brought voodoo donuts from outside that they allowed us to eat at the patio. Awesome drink selections and seating. The outdoor area was a great spot to enjoy complimentary wi-fi, food, drinks with friends and family. Surprisingly brought my kids and they were fine hanging out sitting and socializing. It's a family friendly place. Saw other families with their young kids and dog. Customer service was top notch and a great spot to bring your furry friend. The place is clean, location with the outdoor view was great. We didn't get to experience the indoor seating. but upon doing a quick look at the bar and the restroom, the place is very open and inviting. This place perhaps would be very packed if their weren't covid restriction. Everyone wore masks. I'm aware that this known Downtown district is the spot to visit and enjoy. read more

We were visiting friends in Denver on our travels through Colorado and were looking for a central meeting place. My husband found Prost Brewing online. What a great place and a great location! The LoHi district of Denver is one of my favorite areas! The beer selection at Prost was amazing with many German-style beers plus other things. There is inside and outside seating, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the different beers they serve. If you are hungry, Happer Camper Pizza is right across the street. You can place a takeout order then bring it back to Prost. read more

We love this neighborhood because we always come to Avanti when we're in Denver but due to restrictions, they were quite busy with a long line around the block to limit crowds indoors. We decided to walk over to Prost because we really enjoyed the brewery in Fort Collins. We had a nice, chill time here and had some good beers. The place is very similar to their brewery in Ft. Collins and we had a much better time than waiting in line elsewhere. Highly recommend! read more

Love this place! It is a great brewery right on the edge of LoHi next to Avanti. Really nice outdoor and indoor seating with a cool view of the city! The beer here is great and you can get flights and choose whichever beer you like for your flights. I came here a few months ago and the attached food truck was open - which was also delicious. The schnitzel was perfectly fried and the pretzel was great with a side of cheese and mustard! Great casual spot with co-workers or friends. Will definitely be back! read more

Let me start by saying I love Octoberfest. Came here a little too full and also had to be dd so I could only have a few small pours. This place has some great German beers. Really fresh and hit the spot since Octoberfest is still a ways off. The decor is perfect for German pub. Definitely happy we stopped by and would like to spend more time there on another visit. read more

Very spacious place to hang out, play board games, or just catch up. I ordered a flight of beer to sample, but unfortunately, it was not labeled so I don't know which is which. I definitely enjoyed the lighter beer than the darker colored ones. Very cute, German-esque, modern brewery. read more

Let me start by saying that the vibe of this place was great. It wasn't overly packed and the customer service from the employees was great. They suggested a couple of places to visit for food and breweries. Their beer was pretty good as well. This glasses are pretty big; sad to say I didn't finish my entire beer but I was pretty close. Would recommend to anyone who is into breweries and beer of course. And yes they are pet friendly if anyone has a dog. read more

I am not a Denver native, but I travel here often and this is always a stop for me. This last time I was able to bring my wife and my sister and this was their favorite brewery. They have so many approachable beers and they have such a beautiful location. The vibes are great and it has never been difficult to grab a table here. There are plenty of eateries around here. We went to William and Graham before heading here. There's a rooftop around the corner and a pizza place across the streets. You can always start or end here! read more

When Prost first started, the beer quality was easily 5 stars. My friends and I used to visit weekly. Over time though, the beer quality went downhill. Prost beer is alright now, but nowhere close to how good it used to be. It's a real shame that they let go in terms of quality. I'll drink it if it's around and available for free at a party or something, but I'm not going out of my way to buy any. read more

Great beer and a nice central location. Just not sure why they were blasting bad rap music. Didn't fit the German beer ambiance. Sunday afternoons should be for relaxing with good German beer not having your ears assaulted by night club music. read more

Visited the brewery for the first time yday after hearing awesome things from coworkers. The menu is bountiful for pours! However, it's limited for food items as most breweries in Colorado do not carry food due to insurance/food handlers high costs. Local Tip: Grab the pretzel. The reason for the low review going home I purchased a 6 pack to go of the Kolsch/Dunkle I placed the sixer in the front seat when I went to grab it after parking all of my beers fell out of the bottom and on to the drive way. The box they were placed in was poor in design I was so sad! $12 down the drain and no beer in the fridge. Please pack these items better than a 6 pack carrier. read more

P = perfectly located in the Highlands and a short bike ride away from downtown :) R = radtastic atmosphere. i LOVE the flags hanging from the ceiling, framed coasters from all over Germany, the traditional music playing inside and the long family size tables throughout the room. O = outstanding service! our server greeted us quickly and with a smile. although we just ordered the sampler, she was prompt and kind. S = slightly disappointed in their beers. not going to lie. being a german beer fan, i was surprised how lackluster the flavors were and found them to be less than average.boo. T = tivoli has brewed up a new beer that is available here...not too shabby! Overall, I loved the ambiance, feel and decor, but found the beer to be MEH. read more

Drink Like a German! Prost is an award-winning brewery, and continues to use authentic 100% German products - grains, yeasts and hops, which are delivered from overseas. Passionate about our lager, everyone at Prost can articulate every step and every ingredient of the process. History

Established in 2012.

Prost Brewing Company opened August 23rd, 2012. Prost purchased an all copper brewing system from a small village in the Bamberg region of Germany. The Hümmer brewery started as a family business in1643 and ceased operations in 2011. Prost purchased the 49 year old brewhouse and moved it to the Highlands area of Denver. Located right off I 25 at the 20th St exit, West side of Interstate. Great spot before a Rockies game or any other event downtown.

Of course there are variations like a Michelada, house cocktails, wines, NA options, etc. The difference between producing lagers and ales is MASSIVE, and I tip my cap to everyone involved in crafting beers that have put Denver on the map. The Slow Pour Pils is one of three beers that I would consider the unofficial beer of Denver. It takes five minutes to pour, is served in a custom made glass (really cool story behind this), and has the perfect floating foam (like a cloud) sitting perfectly atop the beer. I crushed two of their Italian Pilsners yesterday. This is simply a fantastic beer. The Helles and Dunkel surely are not to be missed. But do one thing, get their Oktoberfest when it comes out (usually around mid September). It's one of the best I've ever had. There's a lot of stories inside this building. The legendary pieces of equipment, the unique brewing methods, the different spaces to hang out, etc. There's a reason Bierstadt has been tapped as the brewery "where the brewers go." To me, they can never receive a higher compliment. I'm really glad they're still kicking after celebrating their 10th anniversary. Almost a teenager!!! It's always fun visiting this place. This is a Denver must when it comes to breweries. You might not summit a 14er at this particular Bierstadt, but you'll find some of the best traditionally brewed beers in the country.

That evening, I was craving pho. Pho 92 came recommended and I was immediately drawn to the clear broth in the photos while researching Yelp for Vietnamese food. It was a Thursday evening when we arrived at Pho 92, and the restaurant was packed. It was loud, with staff bustling about and patrons enjoying their meals. The aroma of the pho broth was just as I had hoped for a busy restaurant. We waited approximately 10 min for a table. The staff were pretty efficient and looked to have a good system going for bussing tables. Hailing from CA, I am no stranger to good pho, and this place hit the spot. I'm so glad I decided to get the regular instead of the large, because wow those portion sizes were indeed huge. My husband made the "mistake" of ordering the combination vermicelli bowl, and it came packed with tender proteins and crispy egg rolls. That just meant for some delicious leftovers (that actually reheated perfectly). The pho broth was as clear as I had imagined from looking at other patrons' photos. It still had a good depth of flavor, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It had been a long travel day for us, so I didn't want oily soup. (Sometimes I do enjoy rich, oilier pho broth, but not that night.) The pho came with a plethora of herbs, which I of course used all of. Be warned that their chili oil is very spicy, which I accidentally put too much of without first trying (oops). I generally don't go to the same spot twice during a trip, as I enjoy trying out different local businesses, but Pho 92 would have been a spot I'd return to again if we had had the time and if I had wanted pho again. Their menu is huge, so there are plenty of dishes to choose from to satisfy your cravings, whatever those might be for any given day. We will definitely be back the next time we visit CO!

I would love to give a better review of this place, but after a great evening here I was totally turned off by one of the male bartenders who obviously couldn't wait to get home and was very rude while trying to close down, at 10pm on a Thursday (lame!!!) Our group was very kind about it and there were a number of other people still there when we got up to leave. Upon exiting the bartender said "are you mad?" To which a friend said politely, "kinda, you basically just kicked us out" and the bartender responded, "don't come back" - seriously?!?!?! Guess what? We won't! We were sitting outside in a barrel while a lady (pretty sure the lady with user name J.I.U) totally verbally abused the servers.
