All right, I'd rather liked oasis. Although the number of beers that they make that I really enjoyed were fairly limited, I thought it was a great space with a cool vibe ... but, Cerebral has made this a better space with better beer.

We checked out the new location for Cerebral. I loved it! Was not as busy when we went and it was around noon. There is a pizza joint inside and walking in it smelt amazing. But we were still full from our breakfast we will definitely go back and try the pizza. The option for beer i really liked.

I always make a stop at Cerebral at least once during my visits to Denver. The West Highland location is brand new since the last time I was in the city. So I made sure to stop in. Hilariously there was a beer run going on, so it was crazy busy. But after walking past those who combine physical activity with beer (YAWN, just kidding, if you know me you know my thoughts on running for beer), I was able to take a seat at the bar and order a flight. Sadly didn't get food, but it looked FANTASTIC. Bridging Eras: A Cold IPA hopped with Tropical Fusion, Peacharine, and Waimea. Paper Lantern: A Japanese Rice Lager hopped with Saaz. Beautiful white pear and jasmine tea notes. Ripe Trait: A New England Style IPA based on their House IPA with Citra, Mosaic, and El Dorado hops. But they then added Palisade Peaches and Bella Bolettino Organic Farms Starfire Peaches. This was absolutely delightful. Seasonal Obligation: A Pumpkin Spice Latte in Porter form. Cinnamon, Vanilla, Allspice, Ginger, Clove, Nutmeg, Brown Sugar Roasted Pumpkins, and Maple Syrup added to a delectable porter base. PSL season anyone? ___

I always stop by Cerebral when I'm in Denver. I hadn't been to this location but it definitely didn't disappoint. It's located in an old church so the architecture is lovely. The taproom is quite large with table, booth, and bar seating. The service was great. There is a pizza place operating in the back but they were closed on the day I went. They have a large tap list and also to-go beer. I like the hoppy and hazy beers. On my last visit I tried a DDH IPA and of course it was good. Definitely stop in and have a beer!

Went there on 1/3/26. First time at this location. All street parking. Could be tough on a busy day. Decent sized patio. Lots of tables inside plus an upstairs. They do have a restaurant inside. Serves pizza. Bartenders were friendly and attentive. Looks like they package most of their beer. From light to dark. Lots of IPAs. Everything is very good. Cheers!

We love love Cerebral and are so happy there's a location closer to us now in the Highlands! We went on opening day and it was PACKED - probably waited in like 20 minutes for a beer? The menu options looked a little fewer than the ones at the Congress Park location - obviously a lot of IPAs, two fruity beers, two Belgian/wild beers among others. Got a hoppy saison and one of their hazy beers - both great! We'd been to the previous brewery that was there - Oasis - and the overall inside looked fairly similar in layout. The beer pouring wall was redone and super nice, and some of the seating changed a bit. The pizza shop inside the brewery isn't ready yet and constructions still going on, but looking forward to going back when it's ready or snagging a pizza from their food truck outside!

Great location, beer and ambiance! Perfect spot if you love hazy IPAs too. We went around 4pm on a Friday (snowing) and it was jammed, took a little to find a table but people were in and out since they don't have food yet. Looks like they're putting in a pizza spot inside and will be much easier to find a table once the outside patio opens on warmer days! Excited to have a good brewery in the neighborhood.

I had Cerebral Brewing recommended to me by a coworker so my wife and I stopped on a Thursday afternoon. Brewery is a decent size with a pizza place on the inside. There were customers of all ages including kids there. We sat at the bar. My wife had the neon light which was $5.00 for 20 ounces (good deal). I had the Rare Trait first which I enjoyed more than the Gasoline Rainbow. Rare Trait was a hazy IPA with a lot of flavor. This is a very good microbrew that I would certainly return to. Cerebral Brewing has become my go-to brewery because 1) Great beers obviously 2) it's a mile away from my house and 3) Outside Pizza is also amazing! For IPAs, their house hazy Rare Trait is great. I personally love their Paper Lantern lager. They have rotating seasonal flavors. They also have fruitier options and even nonalcoholic, which I appreciate for my friends who don't drink beer or drink at all. I would recommend coming right when they open especially if there are events or big games that day, or if the weather may be iffy and everyone is gunning for an indoor table. I always make a stop at Cerebral at least once during my visits to Denver. The West Highland location is brand new since the last time I was in the city. So I made sure to stop in. Hilariously there was a beer run going on, so it was crazy busy. But after walking past those who combine physical activity with beer (YAWN, just kidding, if you know me you know my thoughts on running for beer), I was able to take a seat at the bar and order a flight. Outside Pizza is one of my favorite pizzas in Denver. Their ranch is amazing and I don't even like ranch. They've said they are going to get online orders up and running this year which honestly is big for me. The location is great but seating can be hard to find so takeaway will be my go to. The only thing that gets a little dicey for me is the stairs. There can be lots of kids on the weekends going up and down and playing and it's an accident waiting to happen mixing kids and adults with food and beverage going up and down the stairs. read more

Went in with almost 30 minutes to closing time the whole entire place was full and they told us that they couldn't serve us because they already did last call. We just wanted one beer after a dinner across the street not sure why you would post your closing time If you're not going to honor. I was really looking forward to trying this place. I have to question the sanity of the owners, missing a spectacular opportunity to market the location, even if they needed to set the TV in a tent outside in the GIGANTIC EMPTY PARKING LOT! I love the pub concept. Sadly the owners here don't think outside the traditional box, preferring to offer a pre-WW2 English pub experience, regardless of Harry Kane!

To wash it down, I grabbed a local Kölsch on tap; icy cold, light, and spot-on with the wings. And the vibe? Perfect mix of chill and fun. The food selection is great and the food itself was awesome. No complaints. As mentioned, even though it was our first time there we were made to feel like some of the regulars through conversation and the like. The crowd is eclectic. And, having lived in Chicago for a while, it was fun to do a shot of Malört with the bartenders and some of the other folks sitting at the bar. Go here. One of the best experiences I've had in this type of establishment in years.

The male bartender told me I had to watch him clean it up so I "know what I did wrong." I thought he was joking, and reached for some paper towels to clean it. He then grabbed me by the arm and said "what about that didn't you understand you dense motherf***er." He then proceeded to keep me at the bar while he cleaned it.

Cravings absolutely satisfied…read more We were in CO for the Rocky Mountain Siberian Husky Club specialty and I cannot go anywhere without having some sort of Asian food. That evening, I was craving pho. Pho 92 came recommended and I was immediately drawn to the clear broth in the photos while researching Yelp for Vietnamese food. It was a Thursday evening when we arrived at Pho 92, and the restaurant was packed. It was loud, with staff bustling about and patrons enjoying their meals. The aroma of the pho broth was just as I had hoped for a busy restaurant. We waited approximately 10 min for a table. The staff were pretty efficient and looked to have a good system going for bussing tables. Hailing from CA, I am no stranger to good pho, and this place hit the spot. I'm so glad I decided to get the regular instead of the large, because wow those portion sizes were indeed huge. My husband made the "mistake" of ordering the combination vermicelli bowl, and it came packed with tender proteins and crispy egg rolls. That just meant for some delicious leftovers (that actually reheated perfectly). The pho broth was as clear as I had imagined from looking at other patrons' photos. It still had a good depth of flavor, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It had been a long travel day for us, so I didn't want oily soup. (Sometimes I do enjoy rich, oilier pho broth, but not that night.) The pho came with a plethora of herbs, which I of course used all of. Be warned that their chili oil is very spicy, which I accidentally put too much of without first trying (oops). I generally don't go to the same spot twice during a trip, as I enjoy trying out different local businesses, but Pho 92 would have been a spot I'd return to again if we had had the time and if I had wanted pho again. Their menu is huge, so there are plenty of dishes to choose from to satisfy your cravings, whatever those might be for any given day. We will definitely be back the next time we visit CO!

The atmosphere was very cramped now, with tables on top of each other. The wait was about 30 minutes on a Sunday evening, and everyone seemed very overwhelmed. Our waiter was lost in the sauce and came by a total of twice - once to take drinks, and once to take our order. We had to flag him down to pay our bill. They no longer have the crab fried rice, but do have an imitation crab one. The photos from today look so different from before. It was damn near inedible and was actually gross. Our bill was over 100 bucks and it was so upsetting because the food was not worth it. The atmosphere is so chaotic and unfortunate. Definitely a miss.

The eggs were cooked well and the sauce was good. I was expecting the salmon to have more of a smoky feel, but it was like lox, which left me slightly underwhelmed. The potatoes were crispy and the (extra) side of green chili complimented the dish well. An iced coffee completed the brunch, and fit well with the outdoor seating ambiance of the weekend. I look forward to returning and trying their French toasts and other sweet entrees.
